not really, if you remember, in the first timeline she was targeted by the Reservoir murderer because she fell asleep in the bus and Sun Jae followed her so she wouldn't be alone, she got off first thou, (so Kim Young soo sees her and targets her) and Sun jae stayed in the bus because his school items fell from his backpack. So, in the last timeline, where she erased herself from Sun Jae memories that never happened, so Kim Young Soo never sees her, alas, she can walk in the current present
