yes, and FL is in love with him from the start. you'll get to see stuff like longing looks, a "hug", leading by the hand, leaning on shoulder, and other cute moments. but sadly they don't become a couple.

I understand, and you're right! She is a product of her upbringing. I'm sure if I saw this actress playing a normal character I would love her smile, it's cute. but her character here smiles at the misfortune and pain of others, like she actually smiles while scheming and hurting others as if she enjoys their suffering. the scene between her and the princess (before the princess leaves) is what really put me off her smile. I was mildly annoyed before, but after this I couldn't stand it lol.

oh really? this is interesting. I think I prefer it when she is dubbed too. I liked her voice in TLB best out of the Lusi dramas I've seen, and thanks to you I now know this one was a dub... first time I saw her was in TLB, which was also my first cdrama so I didn't know about the dubbing. I thought those were Lusi and Wu Lei's real voices, lol. Imagine my surprise when I started watching LLTG next (my second cdrama)! they sounded totally different, esp WL I really had to get used to, but I ended up falling in love with his real voice. I love his line delivery. β€οΈ

Can't you see how great Zhang Zhe is??? π as JXN said he is upright and upholds justice, I like that. is he really an obtuse fool? he looks smart to me so far... thinks quick on his feet and is very observant, actually? but I haven't finished it yet so maybe my impression of him will change. (obviously Xie Wei is in another league when it comes to intellect...) I love how reserved ZZ is normally and then with JXN how flustered he gets. he's so cute, it's the contrast that is so great! also the fact that he was the only one that didn't wrong her in the past life, and was ready to die for her? and the last thing she did was trade her life for his? I've only started ep 23, so just know I don't know the whole story, but so far I do love these two. especially their interactions, for example in ep 22 when ZZ covers her mouth, his hand is actually shaking π₯Ίπ. and every time she notices his (obvious) reaction to her, that small smile of hers appears, and she looks like she wants to tease him. these two... π© im doomed π₯²
