The fact that we got no junho back story over 16 episodes is so weird, the main lead and we still barely know…

This drama really weak on the character development.
Yeah, hers is well done. Just wished they focused on side characters as well

Would've been 10/10 if they focused on more character development than some of the *boring* cases

I loved how Young Woo and Jun Ho's relationship progressed. From not being to speak up for her to getting into fights for her. They rushed the break up and patch up. Hoped they had more moments together as a couple though.

Young Woo's brother also came out of the blue (though they did mention it in one of the early episodes). It would've been better if they showed more of his character and back story leading up to the final episode.

Kwon Min Woo's choices felt so random. If he had gotten a proper character development, it would've been really good.

And attorney Jang, in the early episodes, I thought he brought in big money clients so he was at a high position in Hanbada but seeing him in the courtroom, he was the most clueless and useless lawyer I have ever seen.

It was really awesome from episode 1 to 13/14. Episode 15 was so bad (imo) and I had lost hope for the drama but even though they rushed everything in ep 16, it was so well executed, literally brought it back for me.
One of the most wholesome drama that I have ever watched!

I thought i could turn blind eye to the whole jang thing but the more i think the more it's make less sense. In…
When Young Woo questioned the doctor from the doctor group about a controversial topic and later the client didn't join Hanbada because of that reason, Jang was extremely angry and even said something along the lines of "Why throwaway a rich client group for mere public good". I assume Jang mostly cared about big money clients which would make him valuable employee for hanbada.

Apart from that, I agree with everything you said but I think this might have to do with the announcement of the second season. If they force every thing in the last episode, it will be really bad.
Another way they could do it which would make more sense in my opinion is:
Season 1 was where Young woo went out to the world, learning about life in general, relationships (not just romantic ones) and so Season 2 could be more focused towards romantic relationship.

Regardless, I was disappointed as well. The drama went from 10/10 to 8/10 in the last couple of episodes and they can still screw up the last episode lmao

Pretty much everything is revealed by the end of episode 9 unless there is a plot twist ahead. 9 more episodes…
What I did love about the show was the serious moments, and some even cliches were immediately turned into comedy scenes. It felt good watching them.

This is also the only drama for me where I really don't care about 2 leads getting together but they are starting to build up the romance. Not even with the second male lead.

Title Café Minamdang Spoiler
Pretty much everything is revealed by the end of episode 9 unless there is a plot twist ahead. 9 more episodes to go for me and I think this will be another "Legend of the blue sea" type drama where the plot is clear, but they just need to fill the episodes with boring fillers.

Yep. agreed. I hope after the truth is revealed and Su Yeon rejects him.
Also, hating Young Woo because she got there through connections is one thing but having seen her amazing memory and problem solving skills in the cases should at least make him think other wise...
