Amazing view on the how words can be a hug, hope or even something dangerous.

Sometimes you can hear entire reasons for hope, to look forward but all it takes is that one sentence or one "something" that turns your opinion to the opposite direction!

And thanks for sharing your personal stuff. I myself went through similar stuff. Although I am over the one of the difficult path of self harming, I still have to overcome existentialism. Idk how much similar it really is but I really did relate to it!
