This drama was so fun to watch! Such a breath of fresh air in the current landscape of k-dramas.
Honestly, I loved everything about this drama. It was such a fun ride, and I anticipated the next episode every week. I was hooked! This was the perfect comedy drama to wrap up my week with! It had just the right amount of romance, friendships, enemies, and funny moments to balance out the story and make each episode enjoyable. I also loved how they did their own twists on typical romance (rom-com) tropes. My only gripe is that the last episode feels slightly rushed. I feel like we could've gotten a more cohesive ending with 16 episodes instead of 12. However, I still enjoyed every episode throughout the drama and could always count on it to give me a good laugh!

This drama introduced me into the fantasy genre and I feel like it was the perfect starting point!
Wow, I loved this drama! This was my first fantasy drama, and I loved the different elements and situations the supernatural plot brought to the drama. Their story was perfect, and the individual stories of the side characters were also interesting. The philosophical aspect of this drama also helped me enjoy it more. It was a fun experience to decipher the intentions or meaning behind a statement. Also, this was the first drama ever in which I loved the random American character; I feel like he played his part perfectly, and his presence and using English weren't awkward at all.I would definitely recommend this to someone who enjoys heartfelt dramas that aren't as direct with the plotline! It was a rollercoaster, and I was SEATED the whole time :)

Pretty good but its an acquired taste.
This drama was a slow burn for me, but it eventually grew on me and I began to enjoy it! I'd say that this drama was pretty good and I enjoyed the journey. However, I felt more gravitated to the side plot of Mi-seon and Eun-cheul instead of Hye-jin and Du-sik. I also think that my personal disliking of nosiness and lack of privacy affected how I viewed the show. Due to this, I found myself getting angry over gossiping and spreading rumors, which made me take the side of some of the side characters. I originally wanted Sang-hyeon to rekindle their previous experiences, but that plan eventually came to a halt.I could find myself recommending this to someone who already enjoys dramas in a small town. It's more of an acquired taste that requires previous interest beforehand.
