I swear this show keeps getting better and better! I am so glad we are bringing back the funny unserious dramas. I was missing these! This episode was crazy but in a good way. The cooking competition was so funny and entertaining. I also liked the evaluation scene haha! When Kim Mi Gyeong and So Baek Ho chatted about their kiss from the last episode I could slightly feel a connection between the two. I mean opposites do attract! I wonder if Kim Mi Gyeong will choose to be in a relationship with So Baek Ho to scare off Park Gi Se? I guess we will see!
The second episode was perfect! It gave us a bit of everything that we could want in a drama. My favorite scene from this episode was when So Baek Ho was struggling to get into the passenger seat and eventually tossed up his chances. π I cannot wait for the next episode to release this week!
Loving the drama so far, BUT WHY IS JEON MIN STILL LINGERING AROUND? I was hoping that it was gonna be a 1 or 2 episode thing, but it looks like he will be around for like three more episodes and is going to tie into the climax of the drama. I really hope we get to see Han Beom U and Mo Yeon Su happily together. I originally went into this drama with the intention of it being a lighthearted cooking drama, but why is it starting to lean into melodrama territory?
A stellar introduction to start this journey off with.
Everything was executed perfectly! We got a good grasp of the plot, an in-depth introduction to each character, an excellent OST, and some strategic cliffhangers to hook viewers in without angering them. I love it already, and I can't wait to see how the story is going to play out! I really want to know how Seo Dal Mi will back up this lie, lol! Will Han Ji Pyung appear as her pen pal, or will the actual Nam Do San reveal himself? π€
I'm so over the trope where someone else tells the person before the guilty person. Can we at least have ONE example of someone owning up to something without an unassociated person having to spill the beans? I swear this happens every time π‘Besides that, this episode was good! We got some more push between Myeong-Suk and Chun-Seung, which makes me feel like we are even closer to seeing them become a couple!
WHY IS SHE LEAVING? These plot twists are throwing me for a loop. π I really hope Han Beom U leaves with her to Sapporo as a surprise. I'm still wondering how they will manage without Mo Young Ju, considering she's literally the magic behind all the dishes.
I'm so glad I found another drama that lands! I really hope that hint was towards Jin Myeong Suk and Sin Chun Seung ending up together. Also, I spotted about three fourth-wall breaks in this episode alone, lol.
Super happy that Du-sik and Hye-Jin are finally dating, but I also feel sad that Sung-Hyun got the short end of the stick. π I hope that something between him and Ji-won (the writer) ignites because It would be a much needed follow up to being rejected. Plus, I have a feeling that Ji-won likes Sung-Hyun as well. The town members were FOUL for playing them like that LMAO π€£
This was another funny episode and a great way to start off the weekend, lol! I can't wait for the next episode so we can see how the sorry situation will hopefully bring them closer. π€ I also wonder what is going to happen at the potato lab now that Park Ki Se knows that So Baek Ho and Kim Mi Gyeong are living on the same property. It was a juicy episode, providing us with a perfect cliffhanger to keep us excited for the next episode.
Wow this was the perfect ending to a astonishing drama :)
I loved that the last episode showcased how Kim Sa Ram adjusts to adulthood as a human and ties the knots to other side plots that, if not, would've never been resolved. However, I feel like they could've explored Cha Ju Ik and Na Jin Ah's relationship a bit more, considering that after 16 episodes, we only witnessed less than 30 minutes of them as an actual couple. My favorite scene from this episode was the interaction between Kim Sa Ram, Kevin, and Tak Seon Gyeong! This was such a cute moment, and I loved that the family members were able to bond with each other. The personality types clashing together felt so heartwarming and made me wish I was closer to my family members lol. Another great episode! This was exactly what I needed after dealing with the last three episodes of Twenty-Five Twenty-One (25-21) π
Once again this was a 10 out of 10 episode! The storytelling and cinematography blended together perfectly. It was so emotionally moving but you also could truly understand her choices. Everything is woven into each other so well! I really hope Tak Dong Kyeong and and Kim Sa Ram get their happy ending!
It is 1:26 AM, and I have used all of my energy reviewing the previous episode. Maybe once I have more energy tomorrow, I will fix this, but for now, I just want to state that this episode was really good!
Okay, So episode three. I once again ate it up. The housing system they have going on is too funny, BUT I also feel it will help a lot with revealing "Dooms" true feelings. I know the show is setting it up as they only had one or two encounters before now, but I have an underlying theory that they have actually had a whole relationship before this and he is using the erasure of her past memories to try again. One thing I am curious about is the bracelet. Doom keeps saying to be weary of it, so I am wondering if other species like Doom are also looking for access or to take advantage of someone who has the specific bracelet. I have a lot of ideas, but I am excited to see how this will play out! I think this is my first fantasy drama, so that may be why my mind is all over the place lol.Lastly, THE ENDING? The way this drama is already getting somewhat spicy, and it is THE THIRD EPISODE- I just finished this episode, and I am immediately watching the fourth one. (right after I finish this review) Hopefully, we will get more scenes of Kang Tae Oh and some backstory on Cha Ju Ik and Na Ji Na in the fourth episode.
"Move In With me" DAMN TAK DONG ITS ONLY THE SECOND EPISODE-
We learned a little bit more about the characters. However, there is still a sense of vagueness floating around the plot. I personally enjoy the vagueness since it allows me to be surprised instead of making conclusions in my head. Although, I do have some underlying suspicions. One of the main things I'm wondering about is the scene where the lights flickered when Tak Dong and "Doom" were walking back home. I think it may correlate to the beat of his heart or emotions. His heart may have fluttered a bit when holding hands with Tak Dong, causing an electromagnetic imbalance that would result in the flickering of other sources of electricity around him. This theory would be great if true because it would allow us to notice his emotions even when his body or face does not show them. (Which seems like most of the time lol) Anyway, episode two still intrigues me, and I will be watching more. ALSO, KANG TAE-OH FINALLY SHOWED UP!!
