i kinda stumbled upon some alternative version of ending where Junghwan dies in plane crash. Im not really sure if it was true but it looked kinda legit so try to google it/check tumblr (honestly, if it was like that im glad it didnt happen because a) i dont want him dead and b) it would overshadow things that happpened in the last episode)

ok so in that case let me rephrase what i wrote because if you are a retired english teacher there is no reason to talk about life and shit. i think it is perfectly ok to get excited/angry about thing you are passionate about. what i dont see perfectly ok is being offensive to a person who just randomly stated their opinion. thats what i meant. (i am not here to argue and i kinda dropped 1994 so what i meant was to just calm explosive vibes.)

ayy no need to get angry about that. some people just look for other things in their dramas ok?
as for the reply 1994 thing, is there any official statement about this change? i kinda stopped watching it but this seems interesting and i would like to know more :D

I cried so many tears watching this!! They were (mostly) happy tears tough :). I must say that i really enjoyed this series even though i didnt exactly like the fact that episodes were so long (c'mon, last few episodes were 110 minutes long!).
I am also slightly disappointed that husband is not the one I rooted for (and we werent even given any information about his future self :/) but this drama is not only about that thing and it doesnt even matter who is the husband anyways :)).

I am glad that Hyeri was in the end so great because many of us doubted her in the begining :)

It's not like she knows that one is manupulating creep and the other wants to revenge though... what she sees is smart hot guy who is sometimes kinda weird but in the end does nice things for her (+ she misundertood him in the begining so i guess she is now questioning her instincts) and quite chill dude who is kinda fun to be with. the only thing she knows is that they dislike each other.
also i think many of us like this drama because it is so realistic in the setting + quite likeable main herione

Oh well.. it wasnt as bad as some comments under the video where i watched said but at the same time it wasnt very good. I wish the first story was a bit longer so maybe we would get to see a bit more of a story ://

yeah im not reading webtoon (i am in the middle of exam season so i just cant afford to spend more time not studying than i already do :'D) so i was talking only about the first two episodes. your comment made me excited because i love it when there is certain ambiguity in characters actions. it always makes me more involved in the story. hopefully they wont change his character in the drama too much :D

yes, he indeed did :D. but at the same time we do not know for sure if he did those things only to hurt her or if she was just an accidental casualty. i do not mean to excuse him, im just saying that there are still some unknown factors in his behaviour. (i still think he is more of a bad guy -like actually mean person- than a misunderstood 'hero')

Don't we all though? :D He seems creepy even after being cleared of the main misunderstandings. Now at least we know he has some cute side

This drama was full of stupid unreasonable moments (the 'villain' girl was too evil, the principal was too evil) and over-all so cliche BUT i loved it. It had so many likeable characters, friendships and even the chemistry between main pair was gud. In the end im glad it had only 12 episodes so they didnt have to drag it too long.

I must rate it 9,5/10 because of obvious problems here and there, however i muse say i completely loved it!!

ok, thank you :D i would watch them all, but i dont exactly have time so i'll probably start with this season and if i like it i might watch the rest. it is going to my my first thai drama as well so i'm kinda curious how it will develop in general :D

totally agree! Reply series is based on 'who-is-the-husband' plot, but there are also well-written family and friend relationships, that make this series so good. and especially in this season!

i havent seen whole 1994 (for me it is not as interesting and also i found out who the husband is so i'm not in hurry to finish the series.. it feels very draggy) and i loved 1997.
So far i really like 1988. I was afraid i wont like it because i dont really like 1980's as a time period but it is not an issue. ALL characters are likable and ... it is just really great (altthough i dont love it as much as 1997, but i think that is my most fav drama i have seen so far so it is hard to be better than that..)

so far i love it, it has already made me cry and laugh and feel like i miss 1980's (despite the fact that i wasnt eveen born in 80's :'D)
the only thing that annoys me is the older sister.. she seems really psycho and not in a funny way.. she kinda freaks me out :<

It is not airing yet, first episode goes on air at the end of september/begining of october.

i'm not sure if you are trolling, very delulu or you did not really understand what this article was adressing, buuut i feel like i have to reply to your comment (especially under /such/ article).

Would you really find 'bad guy' cute if he looked like an average creepy guy (instead of very hot actor)? Would you find it 'cute' if a guy you dont really know forced himself on you and tried to engage sexual activities? I dont think so.

I'm not saying you are not allowed to like 'bad guy' characters in dramas (because we all sometimes fall for them) but you really should acknowledge that what they are doing /is/ very often crossing the line of acceptable behaviour and is definitely not cute.
