And I think this is going to be the drama of Hou Ming Hao where I wont be able to move on from. Yes I love him in costume dramas but there isnt one where I couldnt move on and came back for it more than once as my usual routines for my faves xD FOF came very close but I need more romance in a story for me to feel this way so...
First few eps made me dislike female lead big time.Not because she was a doormat or people pleaser.But the way she never show her real face or real thoughts to her boyfriend or in workplace, she still had face to do jokes about whole situation in a judgy matter. Girl... People or characters like her makes me turn into a lawyer for others who I dont usually like in any way! You might not like the way things are with ur boyfriend but talking behind his back to ur friends or makes jokes about it doesnt make you a better person or a person in the right. He might not be right person for you but he tried his own best while you were faking personalities with him the whole time... I hate 2 faced people the worst... She still cont to stay that way even after wedding proposal and the day afterwards... AND the jokes are quite.... its mostly offensive and Im not even in the state of people they joke/judge about. (this comment is after I finished 5eps) Dropped after 10eps. ps.She finally talks her sincere feelings with him in ep5 but in a very random and 'by the way' way... PS 2. Im still glad to see LGX taking roles in this kind of dramas though. She is my fave one from 3 SanLiTun sisters!

Novel male lead has a special place in hell. His level of being scumbag and author level of showing him as victim so he could do those stuff was sickening. There were things I liked but there were also things I disliked. Half of serie went by people trying to con, trick,scheme each other which was quite tiring really.On second half I realize they will never focus on 'progress' part of any of their lives.This drama is one of those 'beginning's of loveline of characters & then 'it happened now next to other plot' type... ohh bo hooo! This drama is not only about LOVE LIFE. It has so many characters to enjoy with very detailed writing,progress & relationship between them like a big family tree. IF you just want to enjoy rainbow fart and fluffy dreams go other series who said this is one of those?! Actually this is more of a slice of life novel-ish kinda drama. Viewers got to see from her points of view from most times as if living along with her. She had so much to give and receive.At times she went through serious trials but thats life okay?

I think it will be more similar to Jin Dong's dramas in a sense.Story telling, filming or character progress, sincerely telling a slice of life story. Im not sure if you know some of his dramas tho? For example: First half of my life, one of my unforgettable cmodern drama. But I want to warn you I remember checking details on book, also searching for a pirate way to read it. I failed sadly (lol I just have a thing for cnovels you see) I know they have a very sweet married life and have a child together later on.
