as much as i adore the two leads the comments are making me not want to watch. cdramas have been boring enough…
I don't think it's a terrible plot. There are some very minor parts that don't have the best logic to make the story go forward but acting is on point and so far I'm still not 100% sure what happened in the car crash accident (I finished ep 18) so there's still an explanation I'm still looking forward to
Anyway, the second leads will be together soon, I think NIng Fang is not in love with FL and is starting to chase…
yah I agree...I don't think Ning Fang wasn't in love with the FL tho...but I think he falls in love with the other girl later. And I also think that the other girl didn't really love the ML (just liked him and had family pressure)

If this is an inconsistency its a major one... The only way I can think about it is that the SML didn't actually know what went on and he told the FL the wrong version of the story. But other scenes had also indicated that the SML's version was right, like the ML being so curious about the driver and the driver leaking that the brother and his wife were fighting before they got into the car

I agree esp bc the aunt found out about it I'm also a bit confused because I remember in previous episodes he was not in the car with his brother and his family (the driver was the one who drove them)...but in the most recent episodes it shows that the ML was the one driving the car???
It's his biological mom. I think she doesn't want to feel old but feel young so that's why his mom prefers him…

hmm, I didn't get that feeling that he was hitting on her in the beginning. I think that he really wanted it for Xiaobao at first, he only started liking her after but didn't really say anything bc he didn't know if she liked him back. Then when he finally got the confession he didn't realize that he also had to confess back I don't think he backs off when her senior comes bc he always tries to sabotage them and its really clear in the episodes that just came out before his confession
I'm confused about Xiao Bao's age. The kid looks like he's 5 or 6, but he seems like to remember the accident
I think he's 6 or 7 and he does seem to remember it at least a bit (I don't think he remembers it clearly to the point where he recognizes the FL as the person who saved him)
As of episode 14, it doesn't look like there's gonna be a love triangle. Lin Mo has his own story and motivations…
yah Lin Mo was dating the FL's sister (which is why they look similar and why she reminds him of her) but she passed away on Earth at the ML's school (Lin Mo thinks that the ML did it so he doesn't like the ML) but at the same time he likes how the FL reminds him of her sister. In the episodes released so far (ep 14) I don't think he's made that connection yet. He has his hypotheses about the FL being a cat but it's not proven yet.
This show was a bit overhyped in my opinion (I admit, I was part of the problem LOL). The story was extremely predictable and a few parts of the ML's character didn't make sense. The substance in this drama along with the long b-rolls and scenes of just the FL's pokerface made it feel like it could've been a 24-ep drama. The ML really carried with the sweet moments and there were hella kissing scenes (I was surprised). Overall good watch but I wasn't pleasantly surprised in any way.

I'm really curious what the Lin Wei's medical condition is (when she met the FL's senior in France). Wondering what it has to do with the story (if she has a timeline or she's recovering from a trauma O.o)

the FL wasn't the cause of the accident. I can see there is a possibility of misunderstanding but I don't think it's likely. Her bff mentioned that she hurt her hand while attempting to save someone from a car accident (which made her give up her surgeon career aspirations and she became a child psychologist instead...but she likes it anyways)
