That's what I was saying! But to be fair, I haven't watched the original version.
In regards to the original LITA, I'll start it as soon as I'm feeling up to it. I'm currently watching Miseinen: Mijukuna Oretachi wa Bukiyo ni Shinkochu. Also, I didn't watch the Thai version of Cherry Magic and I dropped the Japanese version. In regards to My Love Mix Up and Ossan's Love... I loved the original MLMU, but didn't watch the Thai version. I had mixed feelings about Ossan's Love, though. I didn't know that there's going to be an Ossan's Love Thai version!
I usually tell people to watch the dramas/movies on their own instead of taking other people's opinions as their own. Following the crowd doesn't need to be a thing anymore.
I dunno, man, I liked it. But that's because I haven't watched the original, so.. eh. I'll watch the original after finishing the other JBL drama that I'm watching.
I dunno about you guys but I prefer not to compare one over the other. Yes, this one is based off of the Thai version, but did you know that it doesn't really have to follow the exact flow? It's a different country with different ways of filming a drama/movie. You can share opinions and all that, I don't really mind, but to completely blow one off over the other is simply ridiculous. If you're tired of this one and find it bland; put it on your dropped list. If it's boring, stop watching it.
I, myself, haven't watched the original version, so I definitely am not the one to turn to when speaking on either one, however, if you don't like this version.. here's a simple solution: dropped list.
I can’t stand hirukawa’s mother. She’s so neglectful of him, how can you call yourself a mother if you have…
Because Haruki doesn't tell his mother what he's going through. Blaming just the mother for being neglectful is just silly, imo. Like he said in ep. 2, he wants to keep his mother safe by not going to live with her and just taking the beating from his father. Everyone else around Haruki and Jin does indeed suck, though. Especially Jin's friends, Jin's parents, Haruki's father as well as his "friends", etc. I know that Jin's mother's heart is in the right place when talking about the people you should and shouldn't surround yourselves with but the fact that she's hardly THERE to even notice if anything else is going on is beyond cruel, imo. Whilst Jin's father is doing his own thing, making movies, and not giving his son a time of his day only to reach out with the offer of a movie premiere, and then the divorce that is coming up. Neglectfulness is common in this day and age.
To those wanting to know where to watch ep. 6: It usually takes one day after it is released for it to be available with English subs. It's usually on gagaoolala.

Also, this is based off of a KBL webtoon, so we'll see if it ends happily.
