So... this was not great but I liked the fact that EarthMix had the chance to play different roles and I think they were really good in them. From the get go, the premise of the show was clear: it was going to be unhinged, unrealist, camp and that's not for everyone. This show won't change the BL industry, but not all have to. I hate to admit it but I feel the same, the hair, eyes, bangs... I get that they are (maybe) trying to make him resemble the manga but I don't know, I feel he would look so much better with his natural hair or eyes.
Ok, so this was cute and I'll probably will continue watching it, but I have to be honest... those contact lenses on Jin are sooo distracting to me, they look bad... (and I know they might be there so he looks like the manga character) and I don't like that his bangs hide his eyes, he has a pretty face! (even though I hate the contacts 😅).
I've decided that for the entire time this show is on, every time I speak to the screen to self-comment on what's happening, and have to say the word "vampire," I'm going to say it in a whispery almost secrecy voice. It just feels like the right thing to do.
