This project for him will be GREAT on his resume, so I'm hopeful his career will get a boost from the performance. He always plays intense, but usually he has to play a character that is more subdued or reserved. Here he plays someone extroverted, gregarious, emotional, angry, conflicted, expressive. He was awesome in his fight scenes. He's grown as an actor. You can see it in his eyes on this one when he's doing intense scenes, that he is IN that character. It's awesome. He so cool.... He makes the character feel so real. He just belongs in a better caliber of project. I am so so rooting for him.

i must say, fan zhi xin is truly a work of art. everything about him is fantastic. his looks, his screen aura, his charisma and his ability to command every scene, his acting skills, he's just a complete package. i wonder why he always gets these trashy stories to act in. given everything that i narrated, why was he not given the opportunity to act in a better script yet? such a wasted potential tsk tsk tsk

I totally and completely agree. I've seen far, far worse.
On MDL there seems to be a conspiracy targeted against J-dramas

People whining her about a 6 year age gap between two adults acting like its pedophilia, digusting.

There are tons of shows about highschool boys dating older women and nobody says anything,

People on this site are nasty and two faced.

I think she cares about him but she is just so stupid

ML is such a good actor for short film series, he got the looks and the acting, i wonder why he can't break into long film/mainstream media.

my first c-drama was on Netflix, Love in Eastern Game Fantasy, but what really anchored me in and started on c-drama spree was my second one: Hidden Love. This drama truly made me feel like a little girl all over again.. Like I was squealing, crying on every interaction and chemistry of what this drama has.. whenever someone asked me what to watch to start on c-drama, I'd always recommend this one..

If you dont agree with me thats ok. There are prolly better dramas out there, but for international viewers like me, if I didnt find this gem, I wouldve not started on any cdrama and missed out on so many good c-dramas out there.. So this drama will always have a place in my heart, cz I am just really thankful it brought me to my cdramas watching-spree xDD

He is definitely male lead material with that handsome face.

There aren't that many repeat Korean BL pairings in entirely unrelated series.

Of course, they're not "official" pairings the way Thai CPs are, but you know what I mean. It's just super rare in Korean BLs.

I can only think of these:

Kim Ji Woong and Yoon Seo Bin (Roommates of Poongduck 304 and Kissable Lips)

Woo Ji Han and Shin Jeong You (Breeze of Love and Always Meet Again)

Are there any other repeat Korean BL pairings?

I've watched 8 episodes. I'm just not feeling any of it. Dai in another one that doesn't do too much for me after finishing watching The Fatal Bloom today. It just too all over the place for me. I get the plot but FL, she just doesn't do it for me. Really neither one does. Not personally but the character, not vibing with either one. This one, looks to be dropped.
