one of the things i loved the most about this show is that neither of them were in denial of their feelings... like they so easily could have ji woo deny his feelings for seo jun bc he's "straight" like these shows so often do but they didn't. the conflict was centered around the fact that seo jun was a celebrity and ji woo felt inadequate in comparison. it was so refreshing ugh
this was so cute omfg. k bls really be stepping it up every time
also i literally lost my shit when ji woo was running home to seo jun and we just see seo jun sitting in front of the door waiting for him like a puppy dog like that was so cute pls :')))
Why did they have to kill Ton? He’s the sweetest and most caring person along with Dr. Nat. I’m sad his last…
agreed! this feels like it's purely for shock value. there's no reason that a show that is primarily comedy needs to kill someone off so randomly like that! i'm so sad omfg. i'm gonna finish the season but also pretend it never happened and the end of the first season is truly the end.
that was a really good ending! i loved boyo's arc in this season. i didn't really like her in season 1, but she became my favorite character here. from where she started season 1 to where she is in the end of this ep, it's the best character growth out of everyone! i also thought the scene between earth and stud was really well done and was a good closure for those two characters. much more well executed than the season 1 finale, and i'd say this season as a whole was much better than season 1. everyone ended up in a realistic place and a much healthier situation than they started in
i just finished the first episode and maaan it's intense but so good! i have a feeling i shouldn't get too attached to any of the characters but it's hard bc i already like them a lot. i already know this show is gonna hurt me
ooh I literally just finished this whole season in a day, could not imagine watching this in 2018 and having to…
i would say that the second season started pretty strong in terms of them working together, but conflicts caused them to break apart again. the second season is definitely not as strong as the first, as the character development is kinda put on the backburner and replaced with plot twists. i still liked the second season, and i think it hit on some important social issues, but don't have your expectations up too high haha. they tried to do way too much in 13 episodes, so there's a lot of characters that become super relevant for like an episode or two and then drop off and become unimportant and plots that are dropped. i would still recommend trying it out, though! i don't wanna sound too negative. still enjoyed watching it every week!
this made me feel so warm i loved it! the lil town they were in was so cute and all of the people were so lovely. i loved shun and nagisa, and although the mother certainly made her mistakes, she felt very real and i understood her. and sora just absolutely melted my heart! the best part of the movie imo. i really enjoyed the hopeful ending as well. i would definitely rewatch!
this was cute but knowing how much better it could've been if it had been given the length of a typical drama is so frustrating! there was so much more to show in terms of the plot, the relationship development, and the side characters. the actors did a good job, and i liked all the characters, but i couldn't really get connected to anyone due to how short it is. i think wyel and mr heart are better in terms of relationship development because they were pretty hyper-focused on interactions between them and the build of their connection. with this one, however, they focused a good amount on the plot, which was entertaining, but made the couple a bit more lacking. i didn't care as much whether they would end up together at the end bc there was really no build up. still cute, but i'm sad for what could have been! (the ost is absolutely gorgeous though!)
he was the bf of the girl that win sleeps with in the first ep. he's making a call in the first part of the scene but you can see his face verrrry briefly as they are walking away holding hands lol. very minor!
6 then 8 then 6 then 8? lol how many episodes really?
i think it got confused because it said the finale was this saturday but then they said it was part one of a three part finale, so there's technically still 8 eps
also tan and bun: let's go back to the house that everyone knows we live in and leave our door wide open so anyone can come in
these two smh
