I'm honestly starting to wonder if MDL mods are the ones downvoting all the episodes of Korean dramas to try to regulate the ratings somehow. All the episodes were close to 10s until someone went through and gave them ones again. This happens in every new drama I've seen lately, but not with Cdramas.

Why am I getting musical vibes like another Sound of Magic??

There was something off about this drama that I couldn't put my finger on. For some reason the set was so obvious and it was like most of the actors were overacting (KNG was great though). I haven't felt this from other historical dramas. Direction and cinematography maybe?

The writing ruined this. Watch for the action scenes which were very good. The gun work is impressive and you can tell they worked hard on this.

I don't get it. So was the spell real or not? Now the writer is saying it doesn't matter if it was real? That sounds like lazy writing. And I hate the whole not having the nerve to break up with your fiance while you're falling in love with another woman. Ugh

Good to know. I've only seen him in Through the Darkness and Live Up to Your Name. Couldn't remember if that one had action in it or not.

The first half was great and had so much potential, but the FL is insufferable and it was really obvious that the writer ran out of ideas. Not worth watching the second half

I don't think they'd ever have her actually cheat on or leave her husband. If anything I'd guess the jealousy aspect will just be a catalyst in JM turning evil/antihero (if he actually does)

This is 100% a filler drama. But for a filler drama, it's not bad.
