thanks!! no novel ending ends the exact same way the drama likes to end it with, i swear they really like this type of ending with the ml deciding to not be involved anymore in politics. I was a little disappointed on this and thought the book wouldn’t have ended that way, he would totally still be in some sort of position even away from court.

I will be picking up the book real soon but I heard it’s quite different. Someone said they felt the ending of the book was also quite abruptish too, is it written somewhat like the drama?
