LOL I would definitely hate it if that happens.. I think they are working on a robot growing human feelings rather than a robot becoming a human being.. cuz the first may be hard to absurb, but the latter doesn't make sense at all (well, at least to me).. and even if it is a fantasy, it still has to make sense xD

Now I feel bad for human NS.. I don't want him to go to the dark side just because everyone around him is selfish and despicable, I want a happy ending for him too.

This is just a romcom, it's neither action, suspense, nor thriller.. I don't know what you were expecting but this drama is one of the best of its genre (till now).. twisted plots are not always everything for a good drama.. it's like a slice of life. There are no evil characters, something like the reply series if you have watched them.
It bothers me though that everything was solved in the 12th episode.. I hope the writers have a good plan for the next four episodes.

Maybe i'm thinking too much but my theory is that she was the one who called the secretary Ji at the party (right after she got the msg).. and maybe he told her to go and find out what they are after or what they have found out... and that's why she didn't defend herself and just run away when she found out they know nothing?

She's a bodyguard.. she must know how to take the gun from him when it's so close to her.. or not? :/

She fell on him two times and you lost count? lol, I hate those clichés too but they're not everything in this show.
Anyways.. I dont know what you were expecting in the plot but I think their love story is very convincing.. They worked together for 9 years and were too engaged in work that they didn't realize how they really felt about each other until she decided to leave, then he figured he's about to lose her...
And even if she's quitting she still has to do her work properly like she used to do until the last day.. That's why she's putting up with him.

Young Joon is not clearing the misunderstanding because he doesn't remember the incident.. And I think the hyung is taking advantage of YJ's memory loss to make himself look like a victim

Maryena.. It's not a fantasy, it's a sci-fi.. and I love both genres and watched many movies and dramas of each (more fantasy than sci-fi tbh).. And I would like to correct you that it should make sense even if it's fantasy.. every drama is a work of fiction after all..
She could grow fond of him without falling for him if she knew he wasn't human.. But she started liking him before she found out, and I wouldn't mind even if she loved him knowing he's a robot.. The reason i'm frustrated is that i'm afraid the writers will make her fall in love with the robot and then with the human Shin if the robot is gone later (because i've seen it happen in other kdramas)

Thanks for your answer.. I've been wondering whether the robot actually has emotions or the actor is just bad. But even if the mom reunited with her son, it doesn't explain her attitude.. spending more than 10 years with even an animal would make it priceless for you, let alone something you created from scratch and considered as your own son! I mean there are millions of alternative solutions other than killing the robot.. That's what I meant by my comment above..

I don't understand, shouldn't it be the other way round? the mother affectionate towards the robot while the robot cold towards her? Why is it like this?
And why is the main girl falling for the robot!? this is ridiculous lol .. Ok we can just let it be but what i'm most afraid of is for her to fall for the real Shin after the robot is gone...!

I thought so at first too.. but when the main girl found out about the robot I was put at ease! There's no need for them to do that now and the robot can always be repaired unless he was in an explosion :D
And what's more important to me is for the plot and love story to be convincing no matter what happens..

I really hate it when seniors or bosses hit their inferiors in dramas.. like WTF! He's your worker not your slave.. And what pisses me off more is that the inferiors just take the hit obediently!! And it is not discussed later nor considered as a problem!!!! This is really irritating!

That's in most cases a sign for a long torture with the guy's family (if not the whole universe) trying to separate them.. if it was episode 8 the torture would've lasted only a few episodes.. But the writers apparently want to make it hard for us. I hope i'm wrong and this doesn't go the typical way tho.

I'm hoping for more scenes of Mika with the second male XD I hope they become friends at last, I'm shipping him with her friend rather than an annoying love triangle.. writers plz

Idk, I really like her acting and I never noticed that she underwent plastic surgeries till I read it from haters on every one of her dramas' pages XD. Maybe it's just a matter of taste and has nothing to do with the surgeries..

So what? Her face, her choice!
I definitely don't support plastic surgeries but why the hate just because she underwent it!

TaemonRebel; You're definitely right.. i just didn't choose the right words.. there is no "ordinary friendship" and "perfect friendship" anyway xD i just wanted to say that their friendship wasnt fake.. just some stupid ego and pride went in their way, and it happens when the character is originally selfish and narcissistic! That's why i referred to this drama as a story of a bunch of psychopaths.. they cant be normal and act that way and insist that they are not wrong

Did they explain the thing about her drinking this magical coffee and still fall in love with him? If yes, How?
