I like it how this drama shows the thing called "frienship". I don't believe friendship exists and it perfectly…
It's really sad that you only see the dark side of the moon, even in this drama their friendship was perfect, they stood by each other's sides in each of their worst moments, when Shi Hyun's mom died, when Soo Ji's parent got divorced... they were ready to take the hit for each other so that the other wont get hurt. Soo Ji didn't even tell Shi Hyun about his dad cheating on her mom just because she knows he will be sorry towards her, she didn't tell him until he hurt her pride. Their friendship was perfect until that stupid love story stepped in. We have a saying in our country about our loved ones: "I can hurt you but I won't let anyone else hurt you." I think this applies for this drama.. But still, Se Joo's betrayal is not justifiable, it was rather stupid and unreasonable.. he didn't even have enough motives to do it, (it's not like Shi Hyun decieved Soo Ji or anything) he was just being selfish and psychopathic! This is all the writers' fault, they messed up the story in the very first half of the drama, they focused on that unconvincing platonic love story (at least for me) instead of the beautiful friendship that actually caught our attention from the beginning.
Anyway, I really hope you meet a real friend one day.
Actually the story I was expecting is totally different from what's going on, the first 2 episodes gave us an impression that the drama will be darker and sadder.. The least I thought of is that Shi Hyun will fell in love with Tae Hee but will still be faithful to his bet with Soo Ji: break TH's heart and marry SJ so that the real story/conflict begins.. It seemed that ruining their parents' marriage was more important than any platonic love in the world, and their friendship seemed to be more, like, sacred, than love!.. I thought I'd see different characters than the typical ones in every drama, that the focus will be on their psychological problems more than their love stories. But apart from these -high- expectations, the drama is still good.
+Mor; How is she supposed to understand their plan again??
He definitely had contradictory actions, but there were no hints for her to understand their plan, and she also witnessed that he has a nice side, that's (I think) why she decided to beleive him and give him another chance each time. I think you'll understand her if you watch ep 12.
I loved how the characters all had flaws and contradictions, no angels falling from the sky! If only Eight kept being a selfish bastard until the end and went for his and Saiko's happiness together... A sacrifice in the last minute wasn't like him. But the whole show was great.
On a side note; Saiko is the cutest character i've seen since a while ♥
I don't think this is something that should've been resolved just to move forward; cuz she can't believe him no…
Yeah i take my words back xD but at least they started a clear relationship now.. even though it's only because she misunderstood him for her soulmate...
This needs to make progress every episode they're repeating the whole scenario: "Will you eat me?" "Do you love…
I don't think this is something that should've been resolved just to move forward; cuz she can't believe him no matter how many times he says he loves her, like, something different must happen to make things clear.. which actually happened in the 9th ep (I believe) when she gave up that bracelet to someone else, only now they can be sure if he really loved her or if it was just the bracelet's power. So I think the pace is okay.
Seriously? Are there no college dramas for her to act in? Or she could at least be a freshman in the job.. but 5 years' experience? This is ridiculous!!
The only drama i've watched among those is Remember, and I clearly remember how much I hated those one-sided attacks against the main lead, even destiny and nature seemed to work against him that I thought I will surely catch a depression if I finish this, so dropped it and lived my life happily ever after xD
Maybe there is someone we didn't see behind him (trying to keep an optimistic mind XD). Still.. I'm not really worried about the far future, instead, I'm thinking about SeonMi's reaction after she misunderstood that he is her soulmate..
who will kill whom ??will they ever kill each other??
It's not tagged a tragedy so I don't think so, and I don't mind if that happens as long as it happens for a good reason... but i still don't think so. ps: I think you should mark your comment as a spoiler
Ok, as much as I love Oh Yeon Seo (check my profile pic), her character here just doesn't fit the actress lol.Maybe…
I think the character is not weak but normal.. she is weak exactly when she should be, I mean, she's facing powerful creatures and had dealt courageously with the ones she could deal with. She tried to act tough in front of the great sage too but he defeated her, so she realised he's much powerful and it would be stupid from her to confront him unless she had a winning card in her hand, such as the bracelet now.. At least that's how I see it
Anyway, I really hope you meet a real friend one day.
