i actually think SH heard ntohing.. that was another editorial stuff.. maybe this guy was lying there.. and they just took two scenes and put them together

ghost is compelled to fulfill wishes of the host.. so it killed whoever host wanted dead.. and in addition to that i do think ghost seeks revenge.. now who are those people is a mystery..
Maybe the ghost was amongst the twins and the first born sister... 2nd born tricked her.. so she wants to find second born and kill it.. or maybe ghost can't kill directly the one she really wants to kill..
But either way, there is 1 more devil (human or not) .. - creator of the ghost

i think its the other ghost that killer blogger - greedy one.. and that ghost is in FL"s friends's body because remember, the one who saw the blogger with the bag was FL's friend.. and then the bag was on the table.. when another classmate came and sat next to FL's friend and asked whose bag is it? FL had not even entered the scene by then
