The problem is you have OTHER 20 yr olds in the scene, in the story... and they are NORMAL.. so this "babish" acting feels off...

You can be innocent and in awe of things because they are new to you without acting like a 5 yr old

COntrast this with We are or 10liners... there EVERYONE is over acting.. so story tempo becomes such and then when people act like 5 yr old ..it fits the narrative/it melds with the world in those dramas..

In golden blood it is standing out like a sore thumb (i mean not unbearable but just noticeable to roll your eyes at times.. but then charm of both main leads is working overtime to pull you back in)
