In my opinion, what they had (each other) would never be the same again. BiO will blame himself forever about what happened to Jeong Yo. And Jeong Yo lost the most precious thing he had and it was playing the piano.
Each time they see each other, one will feel bad and sad of what hapened to his friend somehow because of him, and the other will remember what his mom's friend did to him and how lost something just cause he was too good.
Yeah they have each other and luckly things didn't end up worst but still there's a damage that no one can fix.

In the end, no one truly won. Some things were lost, some wounds never fully healed, and no matter how much time passed, nothing could ever give them back what they had lost along the way...

Damn I cried when I saw Tu U story...I felt bad for him

This one was so goooood 😭 Song Kang really nails these kinds of roles, give him more jebalyeo!! And as always, Lee Jun Young’s acting is perfect. I loved the friendship, the story, and pretty much everything about this drama.

ABOUT THE ENDING... well, for me, it’s bittersweet, if not just sad. Their friendship and lives are broken in a way that can never truly be fixed or go back to how they were before the competition. Jeong Yo is the one who lost the most and was affected the most by all of this. He can’t play the piano anymore, something he loved and shared such a beautiful bond with his mom through. And with time, he might even lose the ability to use his hands. All of that for WHAT? Because he was too good and that bitch Bio’s mom couldn’t stand her son not being number one.

Of course, Bio suffered too. He spent years suffering because of his mom and grandfather, and when he finally found a friend he could genuinely enjoy playing piano with, everything fell apart. And it just kept getting worse. AND he’ll blame himself for what happened for the rest of his life.

Honestly, I don’t even know who came out the winner here. Maybe that bitch, because after everything she did, she still got to come back, her son forgave her, and she even found someone who loves her. I really wish we’d gotten to see more satisfying karma for her, but unfortunately, all the karma fell on her son, who did absolutely nothing to deserve any of this.

WTH is wrong with Bi O's grandfather? He hates him for no reason. Him saying Bi O destroyed his daughter’s life is bullshit, that bitch did that to herself she got pregnant by her choice wtf?!?

I see a lot of comments talking about their reunion and something about 2026 Kang Bi O and Choi Jeong Yo. Am I missing something here? Cause I haven't watched anything that tells that. Yeah I saw the intro and those clips of something that would happen but I don't get the reunion part and 2026 things??

OMG, I loved this so much! The cells are honestly the cutest part of the show. I love how we get to see what's going on both in the real world and inside Yumi's head and even inside Soon Rok's. It makes everything so much more fun and charming.
And can we talk about Soon Rok? He was so adorable... and somehow so attractive at the same time. 😭 The chemistry between him and Yumi was so good.
I actually haven't watched Seasons 1 and 2, but I absolutely loved the vibe of this season. Are the previous seasons just as cozy and wholesome?

This drama was such a wild ride.
I was honestly torn about Ji soo. I felt bad for him because he had no adult to rely on, emotionally or financially. He was just trying to survive until he could get into university and finally have a normal life. But at the end of the day, what he was doing was still wrong. He wasn't forcing anyone into prostitution, and those girls probably would've done it with or without his protection service, but it was still illegal.
Bae Gyu ri frustrated me so much. I understand why she wanted to escape her life, but she made everything worse with how careless she was. That said, I don't think she was the main reason everything fell apart. Seo Min hee was. The moment the police got the CCTV footage, it was basically over. And honestly, Ji soo should never have accepted her in the first place since she was a minor.
The audacity of Kwak Ki tae honestly blew my mind. He acted like some devoted boyfriend trying to find the person who "sold" Min hee, when he had been using her for her money and expensive gifts all along.
As for the acting, Kim Dong hee was the only one I wasn't completely sold on. I liked him in Itaewon Class, but here I wasn't sure. Maybe that was just how Ji soo was supposed to be.

The ending left me with so many questions. Did Ji soo and Gyu ri actually escape? Where did Ki tae disappear to? I don't think they ever made it abroad, especially with Ji soo being wanted. I just choose to believe they managed to start over somewhere, since we never got a proper ending or a second season.

Hyeo Mun O got exactly what he deserved. Seriously, what the hell? A grown man who couldn't get over a woman who never even loved him back. Honestly, it never felt like real love to me or at least not the kind of love that would make someone spend decades hung up on one person. It was pure obsession, and I think it also had a lot to do with Kim Su hun. Hyeo Mun O clearly had an inferiority complex when it came to him. When Lee Kang overheard Se yun talking about Hyeo Mun o's obsession with Eun Ju, everything finally clicked.

And honestly, Lee Kang did nothing wrong. After everything Hyeo Mun o put him through as a child, how could anyone expect him to feel sorry for that man? Hyeo Mun o cared more about finding inspiration for his writing than about the traumatized little boy standing right in front of him. He treated Lee Kang's pain like it was just another story to write. And when Lee Kang finally told him what had happened, Hyeo Mun o brushed it off like it was some ordinary story he'd heard a hundred times. That was honestly disgusting.

Hyeo suk deserved so much better than that miserable piece of shit. And him constantly saying, "My dear Eun Ju"... seriously? WAKE THE HELL UP, YOU DELUSIONAL OLD MAN.

Lee Kang really played him perfectly. That ending was so satisfying.
