The Sang family is honestly so perfect. The parents handle everything so well, and you can see how comfortable Sang Zhi and Sang Yan are with them. No wonder Wen Yifan said only a family like this could raise someone like Sang Yan. Their family dynamic is just so warm and healthy.I kinda envy it ...
so can anyone explain ending???whats next??what about that bag?what about brother relationship?what about sister's…
I don’t really remember about the bag since I watched this drama a long time ago 😅 but overall the ending isn’t about clear answers or “what’s next” It’s more about where everyone is emotionally. Gu is clearly trying to step away from his alcoholism, he hasn’t fixed his life at all and still has a long way to go, but the important part is that he’s finally trying. The Yeom siblings also don’t get perfect resolutions. Changhee finds a sense of purpose, Gijeong stays in a complicated relationship, and Mijeong grows internally rather than through big external changes. Her work and the Liberation Club continue, showing quiet and realistic progress rather than dramatic change. As for Gu and Mijeong, their relationship is left open-ended, but it feels like they continue together. They’re both ready to move forward, and Gu makes it clear that no matter how messy his life gets, one thing doesn’t change is that he really likes her. That alone suggests they choose to stay connected and walk forward side by side.
She simply left him because she didn't know whether to believe him or the evidence, then years had already passed…
Yeah, from our perspective as viewers, we already know he’s innocent, so I think that’s why I ended up blaming her so much. But like you said, in real life most people would probably react the same way she did.

Honestly, throughout the drama I kept hoping she wouldn’t show up again. I hated her for leaving him right when he needed someone to believe in him and stand by him. Yes, she technically supported him at first and hired a lawyer, but the moment the evidence looked strong, she walked away. Even his friends never stopped believing in his innocence until the very end. If she truly knew him, she should’ve believed in him too.
What happened to the girlfriend he had at the beginning of the series? i didn't catch it
She simply left him because she didn't know whether to believe him or the evidence, then years had already passed in prison before he escaped and started revenge. So I think she just moved on with her life and forgot about him.
I'm scared for tommorow ep lol I lowered my expectations because I know the misunderstanding phase will be annoying
Damn... I really hate it when there's misunderstanding in a drama, especially when ML/FL thinks the other is married and has children. I can't stand it 🙂
Plus, not only did it shows how unhinged and psycho type of person An Yohan is but also that how much powerful…
True! And what makes those episodes even better is how they quietly shift the power dynamic. Yohan thinks he’s in control, but Taejung surviving all of that already shows he’s not the easy target Yohan thinks he is. It set up their tension perfectly for what’s coming next.
I don’t understand why people are saying the drama suddenly “turned into Squid Game” or that it’s copying Death Race. It’s literally just two episodes, and the point isn’t to turn the show into a survival game, it’s to show just how unhinged Yohan really is. This isn’t the main plot or the core of the drama at all. Those episodes serve a purpose: to bring Taejung face to face with the person who destroyed his life, especially since Yohan genuinely had no idea he was even still alive. It’s a narrative device, not a genre switch. And honestly, not every drama that includes a “game” or intense challenge is automatically copying Squid Game. If you look closely, it’s not even similar to it in structure, tone, or purpose.
wooow...Ji Chang Wook in action drama will never let you down🔥 This drama gets more and more exciting episode after episode, and we're only halfway through, there are still 6 episodes left. That's crazy!!
Will this have the same ending as the webtoon? I didn't read the webtoon, but I saw someone saying that she and JaeO will leave Korea without allowing Jonseo to know where she is or his daughter And this is to get revenge on him (I don't know why).JaeO will raise Junseo's child as his own daughter. is that right?
I've only watched 4 episodes and I feel it's gonna be a masterpiece!!!! The ending of episode 4 doesn't bode well ...Yohan is a psycho and he's definitely planning to turn that place into something like squid game, make them kill each other and fight to survive or he's planning to use them. I feel bad for TaeJung😭 I hope he gets a satisfying revenge
My comfort drama✨
