When I watched the Chinese version I cried at that point, how they were separated. They lived well and were a family but then those who didn't care for them appeared and separated them.

This is what happened in the original version, but for the Korean version I'm not sure, they might change some things because they already did.
In the Chinese version, Sanha goes to outside Korea, but here I see that they didn't mention that, because his mother said that she lives in Seoul.
So I think they will change somethings.

Well, in the Chinese version, Sanha will go to take care of his mother after she got into an accident. Haejun will leave with his father to America, because he felt that he was a burden on Juwon's father. Juwon will be angry that they left and abandoned her. (I cried a river of tears here when i was watching the Chinese version)
After they leave, they will communicate on occasions, but as time passes, they will no longer communicate.
