That line and the thing abt feelings is keeping me from watching this. I want a show abt family and I’ve seen…
Well family is the main theme of this drama. As for the romance they were never siblings. The idea of the drama about family was not that they were related by blood but that they were a family to each other when they did not have a real family. +I really recemand you to watch it, you won't regret it. You may not understand exactly what I said, I tried not to spoil it but believe me, when you watch it, you will understand.
For people who believe that they are family and it doesn't have to be romantic : Well family is the main theme of this drama. As for the romance they were never siblings. The sibling relationship between her and Haejun was about to be legal (her father was going to marry his mother) and they grow up in the same house as siblings. As for Sanha, he had his own father and mother. It is true that their relationship was strong, and Juwon always said that they were a real family, but they were not ( especially her and Sanha) . Sanha never considered her his sister (they made that clearer in the Chinese version) . The idea of the drama about family was not that they were related by blood but that they were a family to each other when they did not have a real family.
I loved the original version so much and I really loved this one, the casting was good, and the events that were changed and added were also good. I felt that they rushed at some point but that's normal, you can't convert more then 40 episodes to 16 episodes without skipping or removing some details. But overall it's a really successful remake!!!!
it was a nightmare ... i hope for only few fast flashbacks . [ if any even better ]
When I saw the flashback in the Chinese version I was really shocked, the poor guy lived in a nightmare all those years, and came back in bad mental health. I cried a lot when Jianjian asked him what he was doing in Singapore and he replied that all he did was missing her and his family every day😭😭😭
I'm excited for the upcoming episodes, in the original version I loved their story as adults, I'm also curious how they will show what Sanha went through with his miserable mother
Possibly his mother will gaslight him as it also happened to Xiao (and Chen Ting also hid his passport 🌝)
fr lolIn the chinese version, his little sister hid the passport, and once his mother threw away the shoes that Jianjian gave him.In the Chinese version, his mother hated JianJian.
I stopped at episode 6, can someone explain to me why they can keep in contact , he’s only going to be in Seoul,…
I also didn't understand, in the original version he had gone to Singapore, but here he will go to Seoul. He might also move out of the country for his mother's treatment, I'm not sure, that's what I think. Because if he goes to Seoul, there is no need for them to cut off contact, they might visit each other too.
before I give my true thoughts on both young men leaving their family behind..why now? what age did they start…
As you see, they didn't go because they wanted to, they had to. Haejun saw how Juwon's father was tired from working too much and the high costs of college so he decided to go with his biological father. Sanha went because his mother was half paralyzed so he moved in to take care of her and his little sister (Although his mother does not deserve any pity).
The idea of the drama about family was not that they were related by blood but that they were a family to each other when they did not have a real family.
