I have just finished this show, and I feel it's going to stay with me for a long time. Beautiful ending! To the wonder, its cast and its writer and director deserve every praise! Wonderful!! I don't know if it would be a good idea, but I can't help wishing for a second season! I want to find out what happens to all the characters!
What a marvellous surprise is this show!! Lately, I was a bit let down by the chinese shows I tried (sorry no offense if you don't share my opinion), but this one has bewitched me. It is so original and genuine. I love the two main characters, their story arc is very promising. I love the mother who wants to get away from the civilisation... I can only compare this to the wild west spirit. Actually, it's a lot better since there are a lot of cultural references, it's fascinating to find out about this people and their way of life. I've finished the two first episodes on wiki in a row, just waiting for more...
Tax is the biggest scam. I support anyone who dodges this nonsense. But in this case, I think Eunwoo is not being…
Big misunderstanding! Paying taxes is a basic duty in any modern society. It's a solidarity mechanism that enables modern states to organize public services like trains, school, health care. If your state and administration are corrupted, you should fight for more democracy and accountability of the powerfull. Taxes are not the problem here.
Excellent choice of characters in their late thirties (or so they seem to me). I think it makes the history more engaging, it's a complete u-turn in the life of two mature adults who had already set the course of their existence and have to reconsider their priorites.
The ex girlfriend is in complete denial about their break up. She could have killer the band friend just in order to have the ML where she wants him to be: alone and in need for her help. Therefore she was so pissed off by the FL intervention.
i have a legal background so i’m so annoyed by how totally weak the case is but it’s being played up as damning…
The legal aspect does seem to be the flow of this show. As well as police work. How can't they find anything from the crime scene? No proper investigation here. It serves the purpose of the crooked prospection storyline. Everything else is right on point though. One big question mark for me is what the young prosecutor is going to go for: his shameless father way or some kind of redemption arc?
I watched 3 episodes in a row. What a good surprise of a story, combining bits of romance, crime and drama.! I wish they had not used the sad background trope for the idol (Namib already explored that very well), but it's consistent with his loneliness and therefore useful in building the character. The FL character is right down my alley! Fierce but soft-hearted, sharp yet foolish. Love her!
This is not about the jae pil... story is about two girls and the friendship... jae pil was there because that…
I agree of course, but still you can make a secundary character interesting. Sang cheol and Hyehon, or the brother, all of them were engaging enough characters. Anyway I really enjoyed this show so I don't want to leave It on a bitter note. It's been worth It!!
the rating... no words, MDL is becoming ridiculous, you mean this drama is worth this, compared to the others?…
Lately I have had this feeling that there is a deliberate campaign by some on mdl to boost certain shows and trash others according to nationality . I might just be imagining stuff ...
Can someone recommend some of his other work?
