In this drama, ML isn't the only one simp for FL. The FL is simp for ML as well. But sure, because she's the FL ...here comes double standard, it's hard for some people to try understand her POV and see where she is coming from. So the rest of the things she does equates to her not having feelings to ML then.

Now given the chance to start life all over again while remembering her horrible past life, she was living this time to survive and avoid ending up in the same fate as her previous life. She has feelings for Song Mo, it's pretty evident if you care to notice the details however she is afraid. So, she pushes him away, it is not for selfish ways. She's avoiding their tragic fate. Whereas, ML has no idea about their previous life at all. On the other hand, to say that ML was the only one giving up almost everything for ML, I guess you need to rewatch some scenes more or further episodes, FL has been doing things that helps the ML. She was the one who saved him from going into a blind rampage that would lead to his demise and regret in the end.
To say 'Blossom' is rated high because of a simp ML is untrue. This drama is even called as a dark horse by cnetz themselves and is very popular in china. No one expected the storyline and acting for this to be so good that it created this hype. Domestically they are 'very popular' while internationally this drama isn't even that 'globally hyped' yet. You got low budget production, director only known for short dramas and leading actor & actress isn't even recognized as S-tier entertainers in their homeland as they were mainly known for their support roles and a few lead roles but not to the extent of being very popular.
It's pointless to ask for a drama to change when it has already been produced plus this is adapted from a novel. The director and production crew knew what they were doing here. If you dislike this drama, this type of tropes etc. find them unnecessary, no one is forcing you to continue watching it. You can just drop and pick another drama that suits your preferences. It's okay to share a different opinion, but to simply dictate why others rated this drama high sounds so judgmental and downgrading.

Although I agree with you, we can't really stop them. The best thing to do is to ignore and block rather than give them the attention they seek. Apart from that, let's keep filling this comment section with lots of positive comments, their negative comments will surely be lost, plus at the end of the day majority of watchers know this drama is a gem and a lot are loving this.
Best scene for today's episodes is definitely when Dou Zhao helped Song Mo take a bath, Song Mo stealing a kiss and wanting to be called husband, and the kiss scene ofc!
