Episode 7:

At this point, I'm not feeling the love for Hye Won.
Her wounded bird/victim/martyr/pimp act is lame.
Driving off and ditching Sunjae like that was pure evil, especially as she expected him to drive her around for hours while she...slept? wtf was that supposed to be?
The idea that this woman would have time to do all the s**t she supposedly does relating to the school, on top of running side hustles like clothing lines and art import businesses for various, emotionally disturbed family members, AND...manage their insane, fucked up personal lives, is beyond absurd.
A lot of the family intrigue feels like filler.
Anyway, lame, bitch.

Glad to see Sunjae is beginning to see that his oddly platonic relationship with his "girlfriend" might not be so bad, after all. Best to make the most of the training and education that has fallen into his lap, and to hell with Hye Won's psycho BS.

The editing/choreo/cinematography that brings together YooAhIn's acting and a stunt double/pianist to make Sunjae's piano playing look one-hundred percent convincing is remarkable. I don't think I've seen it done better.

This is good, but not so great that I'm compelled to binge it. One episode per day is fine. A big part of that feeling, and I often run into this with Asian dramas, is that they have X number of episodes to fill, and the story gets drawn out/slow at times to help meet that quota. Thus, momentum/urgency is often lost.

So...is it correct to say that you believe only characters with your type and level of bipolar disorder should be presented onscreen? How boring would that be?

"...delusions and god complexes" are exactly the kind of thing that makes a good drama worth watching.

Waaaaaaaaa...Killer Knetz is mad that no one cares what it thinks about other people's private lives.
Killer Knetz is extra, super-duper mad that LBH's career continues to flourish despite its obsession with his private parts and where he puts them (or doesn't put them).

Killer Knetz is sad...

Go shrivel up in a corner, Killer Knetz.
LBH is the prettiest "cheater" I've ever seen.
He won't be killing himself anytime soon, so you might as well give up your crusade to drive him to do so.

Consider obtaining a life of your own.

Episodes 5 & 6:

The husband's reaction so far is refreshingly realistic and intriguing. After all, it's not as though they have a deeply romantic and physical relationship. They seem like casual friends, colleagues, and housemates, more than anything.

I only vaguely remember this flick. I read through my comments above to refresh my memory, but still barely recall what went down. Clearly, I didn't like it. At the same time, I seem to have been intrigued by the premise and a lot of the plot elements...I may give this another watch.
I can always bail if it's terrible.
My tastes have changed a lot since I first started inhaling Asian content six and a half years ago. Maybe I'll love it this time around.

Episode 4:

Good heavens, this is the best-written romantic drama I think I've ever seen.
Acting's incredible...FL Kim Hee Ae is every bit as good as Yoo.
Yoo is a fascinating actor to watch; it's remarkable how he gave Sunjae a different way of moving/walking than Yoo does off-screen.
Just tremendous.

Great plot flourishes, like how Sunjae ends up delivered right to Hye Won's door, and by her hubby, no less.
Some of the school/family/business intrigue can be slow, but it's worth it for the personality conflicts and drama.

LOVE.

Literally, OK.

This is pretty damn good for a short web drama.
Wish it were a full-blown series with eight or more half-hour episodes, but then, you never know, if it were stretched out it might turn to shite like so many other extended BLs have done

Episodes 2-3:

Only Yoo can turn watching him read a book into something that makes me weep.
And the cremation scene...
He is so many levels above the material here, but in a good way.
His not-idol pretty-boy looks make the story all the more intense because it's clear that the attraction is primarily a soulful/creative passion, and not merely physical.
The FL is his equal, though.

And only Yoo can make me choose to devote 16 freaking hours to a straight drama. :D

I liked it far more the first time I saw it than the second.
I'm not sure why, other than that my taste level and preferences seem to have shifted in between those watches.
