Episode 1: The idea that two young gay men, or a straight couple for that matter, would date for an entire year without so much as a kiss is absurd. Unless both are asexual, I suppose, but that's unlikely.

Episode 3: When episodes are being released weekly, ones in which not all that much happens are frustrating. I know some important developments took place, but nothing exciting. If I could go on immediately to 4 I wouldn't mind. I know...I can choose to binge.
Take as long as you need. I'm just glad you responded. It's a melancholy flick, that's for sure, and no one comes out unscathed. But I like that the ending is open, and I can surely imagine Wataru showing up again.
After all, he's somewhat of a masochist. He knew the mess he was getting into from the start, and just kept relentlessly pursuing Kiyochi. By film's end, I had decided both were massively messed up in the head and no way would this work without major therapy for both, too.
Overall, I like this flick a lot. Angst, suffering, cheating, deception, all those juicy things and more, are my fave movie behaviors. :) Of course, as with anything else, the key is HOW the story is told. Because, as the old saying goes, nothing is original and every story has already been told.

There was a commenters' cult on the page of BL "KinnPorsche" that traumatized me. They were led by their queen, some b***h named "Mimi" something. She would go on and on about how this that and the other thing were going to happen because she'd read the novel. Her minions would swarm around her in comments, eating up every word, but then most of the stuff she predicted did not come to pass. I pointed this out to her, she and I went at it, then she blocked me. lol

Are you one of the MDLers who believe adaptations should be line-by-line recreations of their source material? If material in the adaptation is not understandable from other material provided in the adaptation, the writers and director have failed at their job.
Otherwise, there should be an announcement at the beginning of every drama and film based on another source saying, "Do not watch this production until after you have read the play/book/Manhwa on which it is based. If you fail to do so, your inability to understand this story is on YOU."
75-90% of film/drama adaptation audiences have NOT read the source material. This is true even in cases such as the Harry Potter or Hunger Games films and sequels.
P.S. Do you freak out when changes and cuts are made to an adaptation of which you have read the source material?

In the shower scene, did you catch Chaeha's foot inching its way on top of Taeseon's? I love director's touches like that that take things to another level.
Chaeha is reacting intensely for both reasons, but primarily for the second. In light of how their relationship has developed he probably suspects Taeseon has been playing him for the romance just to torture and humiliate him more when he inevitably found out.
Episode 8: Wow, that parking garage scene. How did both of them not punch out that bitch's lights? That said, she deserves this season's BL Best Actress Award. I fucking hate her, but also love her. :) Stunning cheekbones.
I think she will out their relationship, too.
Also, it's well known that ethnic Korean women are the loudest and highest-pitched shriekers in the world.
