Funny, cute, sexy, with great acting across the board. A light romcom with sex appeal. The leads are hot and also adorable. Great casting.

The agency's quote is about kissing Knetz ass by pretending to acknowledge something "wrong" about a celeb's behavior when there is no issue to acknowledge. You can imagine what would happen were an agency put out a statement to the effect of "You people are nuts. Get a life."
If celebs stay off social media, then the netizens will say "Who does so-and-so think they are to not be engaging with their fans? Do they look down on us?!"
Korean/CH celebs cannot win, which is why so many end up dead by suicide.
Episode 7: What a beautiful response from Sota. "As expected," as the JPs say.
That said, I think 99.9% of people know when romantic affection is part of how they feel about another person. Romantic feelings are very different from "good friend," "tennis buddy," or even "best friends" feelings, and they don't have to be exclusive. In other words, you can feel all of the former feelings for someone AND have romantic feelings in the mix somewhere, too. But, if you feel that sort of love toward someone, you know.
And while it's trendy to pretend "gender doesn't matter," of course it matters. You can't MAKE yourself have romantic feelings for another dude if you're entirely straight. And when it comes time to express your love physically, as romantic feelings inevitably demand we do, a completely straight dude can't make himself suddenly dig the idea of butt sex or dick-diving. If he does, that's totally cool, of course, but it indicates he's been on the bisexual spectrum all along.
All of that said, it's possible that Sota already knows there's an extra-special tingle in his feelings toward Natsuki (I hope! I hope! I hope!), and this "getting to know you" period is really going to be more about permitting himself to fully and openly feel/express those feelings.
Rio is the goddess of the show. Had I had a friend like her when I was Natsuki's age and going through the same angst, my life from then forward would have been completely different and much happier. The mom is turning out to not be the typical JP airhead housewife/mom I assumed she was, too.
I've been getting a kick out of the over-the-top, melodramatic, Hallmark Christmas Special-type music we hear whenever people are having a deep, meaningful conversation in this show. Angels begin chanting, and the volume swells to where it's hard to hear what they're saying. ;) Which fits in with the pastels, sunshine, and cotton candy clouds aesthetic of the series.
It's a lot of fun to be so unexpectedly engaged with what I took to be a silly powder puff drama in the beginning. I'm in knots about where this goes next. :D
