Episode 5:
Before watching a new ep, I usually rewatch the last ten minutes or so of the last one to remind myself where things stood.
Damn, that spicy scene has me all worked up again. :)

Park Si Woo has a kind of look I find fascinating: Boyish with borderline goofy ears, but depending on what's going on, how he emotes, and from what angle he's shot, he becomes quite hot.
When, all steamed up, he looked back over his shoulder at Yoo Do Gun in the spicy moment, damn...that is some fine, horny acting.
Then, we had YDG looking down at PSW with passion just before that, a perfect blend of lust and love.
Both are good actors.
Oh, let's not forget YDG's bee stung upper lip, which is driving me to distraction.

OK, on to episode 5...
The humor mixed in along the way is well done.
I lol'd several times to this point.
Love the way the director is messing with the detective's head re romance/sex.
Also love the many instances of blatant sexual harassment (The thumb in the mouth thing was smokin' hot) which in the real world would get anyone fired, sued, and career-cancelled.
But, as in real life, people who LIKE being sexually harassed, as our detective clearly does, don't object...unless they use it later as leverage after they've been dumped or otherwise feel resentful.

The knife thing near the end was a tad silly and poorly acted.

Nor should it be. :)

I wish KSH would do more films.
We'll pretend that...thing...known as "Real" does not exist.

He hasn't done another flick since Real in 2017, though.
I hope it's not the case that because it flopped so badly, no other studio will touch him.
But if that's the case, why would he continue to be a draw in dramas?

The actor playing Lee Songjae does a believable drunk.
He doesn't overdo it.

When I first started watching Korean films and dramas, I assumed the endless boozing was an exaggeration, but I was wrong.
Koreans slam booze, usually Soju, like most of us breathe.
#1 in the world for alcoholism...and suicide.
I'm sure there's totally no connection between the two...

I couldn't finish this episode...too boring.
Sadly, this started out intriguing, but became increasingly cliche, stupid, and badly written.
Acting was iffy here and there, too.
