I'm having fun. The reshoot guys already know who to target, so we got a lot of initiatives (though not all pan out). Even the newcomers are sorting through their options rather quickly.
Though I must say, the two triple-dates were meh. It's the people in the house, discussing how they didn't get to date that was fun. Hopefully they'll stop with the triple date and just do one-on-one date.
It's like everywhere else. Gig economy, they most likely have a part-time job that was left unsaid. Typically they do stay with their parents if at all feasible.
I’m still a bit confused with Hiroya though and what he was trying to convey to Tomoaki… He said he has prejudice…
He has prejudice against the gay nightlife/party scene. Though I'm not sure if "prejudice" is the right word. My interpretation of his sentiment is more like an introvert looking at the very extroverted nightlife/party scene, and wondering what's the point. But he just worded it wrong.
What even is this new show they're making on the channel? I don't like it, and judging by the video comments,…
Teacher-student relationship is definitely a choice...
When they announced Cityboy_if, most assume they'd use the existing couples to make short series, instead of bringing outside actors as main characters. The way they do it now feels rather random.
But to my surprise, the view for ep 2 is higher than ep 1. So I guess it's working for some.
Seems like someone or/& some situations were problematic when they filmed so they had to cancel it & reshoot…
It's not when they filmed it. The former couple said they left as a couple at the end of the unused shoot. It means the unused shoot finished shooting safely.
Rather, the problem person got into something in his own personal life, that would lead him to be cancelled if they were to show him (probably something criminal, but could just be a minor one, like drunk driving).
I'm happy they're trying out mini plot line with YunGun's fight. Waiting for the volumes proper for some plot is a bit long. Hopefully we'll get more short plots in the future.
YunGun's Han River date: Honestly I was a bit underwhelmed until that very end after Donggun got hurt, which was nicely done. That saved the video for me.
Hopefully they'll give us something even better for Donggun's birthday next week.
HongGyu's crossfit: I must say this is pretty creative. I didn’t see a crossfit date coming. And how they find ways to incorporate couple moments into the video is commendable too.
2J's hanbok date: After waiting a while for 2J, we then had to wait for eng sub 😅. Oh well, it's there now, and this kind of things happen.
Anyway, that was very sweet. Simple as it is. Just two guys blissful and in love.
I hope they're not running out of things to do or overthink their next date. Really, the fans will watch anything, even a re-do of something they've already done.
YunGun's Lotte World date: I noticed Donggun got this timid energy that makes him seem like he's eager for Yunje's approval. It really helps give a romantic vibe to their interactions, even when their skinship is still pretty tame.
Finally we get to see HongGyu again for their 200-day. And they did bring their A-game. I think they have found their rhythm and can consistently not appear too platonic from now on.
I wonder what's next. There's no obvious anniversary and what not for now. Could be anything.
I'm flabbergasted by YunGun's yacht kiss in the membership! First time they kiss in broad daylight, and it really highlights their size difference. Yunje's hands look enormous on Donggun's head! And the way it lingers on Donggun's neck, Yunje is making clear who's devouring who.
I don't get this vibe from the other 2 couples. This is gonna be fun!
The main episodes for the Kota Kinabalu trip is finished. Though 2J teased that there's still more Kota Kinabalu content, but idk if it'll be public or on membership.
But 1-on-1 date is crucial. Triple date won't be missed.

I'll still enjoy the other boys, and looking forward to how Cityboy_log will evolve post-2J.
Half of this trip is food lol; they eat at every location 😂. It's pretty cute though, so I'm not complaining.

Now we're waiting for the next season.
