I must say, that talk in Beam's place ends up very different from the novel. No mention of hurting down there, and they don't do the line “from this day, Forth will chase after Beam". But eh, whatever. The kisses more than make up for it.
Seen Episode 4 and sadly, I still think this version's Ming and Kit have less chemistry than the Ming and Kit…
I can see why you find this version of Mingkit have less chemistry. The 2 Mings have a very different vibe. Kimmon's Ming is sweeter, and the way he expresses his interest in Kit looks more genuine (like, he has a nervous energy that looks like a puppy that found his master). Whereas Joong's Ming really looks like a cassanova. He flirts with this calm body language that says "been doing this since forever", and I can believe that he has had 13 girlfriends before. But at the same time, it feels like Kit is just another one of his many flings. I mean, look at his expression when Moowan calls; feels like he's thinking "good timing, let me use this call to make Kit jealous".
I don't have a preference myself, but I do feel that Kimmon's Ming is closer to the novel version Ming behaviour-wise (although this is up to interpretation).
Mingkit is sooo adorable. I used to think that Chen would be too cute to play Ming, but I actually get annoyed at this Ming (in a good way; like, I can feel why Kit finds him annoying).
As for PhaYo... I must say, Yo's expression during the kiss scene (and during his talk with Pha just beforehand) isn't doing it for me, but the rest of their scenes are good.
One last thing, I'm satisfied with Park's actor. At first I thought he'd be too cute to be a bad guy, but I think he can play the part.
can someone who has read book 2 spoil it for me please ??
You can find the english translation in Wattpad (just google "2 moons english").
But anyway, Park (the guy that ask for Yo's number) will start a fake rumor about Yo, but the conclusion of this issue will be in book 3. Pha doesn't believe the rumor at all though.
Mingkit will end up officially together when Ming visits Kit house.
Beam starts that fake "dating Kit" thingy to test Ming. But he ends up confused with his feeling and sleeps with Forth. As a result, Forth starts chasing Beam.
Are you saying that you can't turn off the CC on Youtube? That's weird. What are you using to watch Youtube? Have…
I see, so it's on a TV.
Afaik the CC button on your remote won't do anything. Instead you'll need to click "more options" (it's located on the same bar where you'd pause the video), and turn off CC from there.
I'm sure people will say I'm nitpicking, but I just realized something. In the novel, Pha's text scene goes like this: 1. Pha add Yo's number 2. Pha texts Yo a picture of the small yellow card 3. Yo was shocked & embarrassed 4. When they arrive, Yo tries to run away from Pha
While in the series, it goes like this: 1. Pha adds Yo's number 2. Pha texts Yo something (not shown) 3. Yo was shocked & embarrassed (at what though?) 4. When they arrive, Yo tries to run away from Pha, but this time, Pha shows the little yellow card in person while asking "do you remember this?", so presumably he didn't text it to Yo earlier.
So that leaves a question. What did Pha texted to Yo that shocks/embarrasses Yo? Again, you may call me nitpicking, but I'm actually curious.
For some magical reason, I completely missed part 4 of ep 3... Until it showed up on my feed and I was like "wait a minute...". That's why I felt like they skip a lot, because I skipped a part... OTL
Is it just me or the pacing of ep 3 is super fast? I feel like they're skipping a lot. Like, they don't show Pha's text to Yo. They also cut the part where Ming tells Kit that he needs to follow Kit's word so Kit knows he's serious. I feel that these 2 parts are fairly important, so I was kinda dissapointed (in a "that's it?" way), and idk if newcomers that aren't familiar with the story would find this episode confusing or not.
What's everyone's thought on the recent controversial regarding joong and motivevillage has put him on probation?…
He made the kind of basic mistake that someone with little exposure to the LGBTQ+ world can make. Plus, he's a new actor that hasn't got much experience on how to word responses to sensitive questions. Ofc people could say he should've known better, and I agree, but that kind of understanding don't just happen overnight. If anything, this'll make him a better person from here on.
In case you're curious, what happened was that a Turkish fan asked him if he's gay, and he replied (in Turkish) something along the line of "no, I'm a real man" (I don't know his exact wording though).
