Why does One and Only and Forever and Ever do not have the same cast except for Bai Lu and Allen Ren? It would be nice to see the Nanchen Royal Mansion family.

It's not a deleted scene. It's really in the episode on Youku. Tencent/WeTV did not include that part.

The difference is that in Youku they kissed at the podium but that's about it.

Youku was brave enough to show the podium kiss though. I have WeTV VIP membership and I feel kinda robbed for not including it in the final episode

They didn't include the hair stroking scene at the podium. I was really looking forward to it 😟
