as much as i liked this drama, i really did not like the ending and the post-credits scene pissed me off even more. such a silly boy byeong-tae is someone said that the show really looks at things from the victims’ side. at first, i didn’t understand what that meant but looking back i get it i still wish the revenge hit much harder than it did with all the anger and frustration that the beatings unleashed on us. his revenge kinda fell flat. no impact to gyeongtae, all he’d do is just regroup and re-strategize to be a bigger asshole how come no one is talking about that stupid mask?! seeing byeong-tae’s face when he was laughing was something i really wanted cause it’d have been such a cathartic moment but they made him keep that mask on? or is there a symbolism i’m missing seon-hwa irritated me from beginning to end. why was she there fgs the acting in this series was phenomenal. everyone keeps talking about im siwan but truly, lee shiwoo, lee sun bin, kim jung jin, and sang jin stole the show for me. episode 6 was the best episode for me i felt like there was something more i expected from this drama but i can’t put my finger on what exactly it is. i did love the sign-offs by the cast and crew though. call me simple but it helped reduce my annoyance about some things in the drama 😌 this was a good watch all the same!
i liked this episode and i really hope this drama can stay consistent cause there’s potential. if they find a way to subvert the amnesia plot, that’d be amazing as i like the fl character. i loved the dances 😭 park jihoon does not disappoint in this as well. you can tell when he’s ak-hee and when he’s sajo hyun without the switch up feeling like a jumpscare. i’d loveee to see more of his eye-acting as the eps progress. this was not a bad pilot episode. curious to see where this one takes me
vincenzo was the 4th kdrama i watched and song joong-ki really pulled me in. i watched reborn rich after and while i preferred his character as the employee, i appreciated how he could act like an old soul as the grandson. like you knew he was young but you also felt like he had seen everything before. he’s one actor that has left a mark on me and i hope he continues to kill it as he progresses in his career
ps. he must be a vampire because when i tell you i screamed when i found out his real age after watching reborn rich?! he still looks so young even now!
a lot of actors pulled weight this year. i wonder who’ll take it. we have lee do-hyun, namkoong min, ryu seong, lee jehoon, lee jaewook, kim young kwang and there’s definitely others. it’s going to be so tight
idg why people are so upset that a channel would have an 'award ceremony' for their own shows like we all know baeksang can't possibly honor everyone who performed outstandingly within the past year. it's not that deep. think of it as an end of the year party where everyone gets appreciated for their work. simple
Because it is crazy fan of My demon who can't take any criticism against their fav actors they think just like…
flower of evil and my demon aren't in the same genre at all. this my demon must really have you pressed cause you always have to remind everyone it's trash to you 😂
I understand she's quite obsessed over gu won and that's super unhealthy. But on the other hand everything she…
if she loves him so much then why did she tell seokhoon about him like that? that was so wild like you don't even know this guy! you don't know if he's good, if he's bad, his purpose nor his motives and you just told him the biggest secret of the one you supposedly 'love with your life'. is that one ment or malaria? she's not well
episode 9 was so beautiful! the tension, the butterflies, the intrigue! NGL i was really worried that everything…
-. that ha na's apology was the most irritating thing ever. she really owns her bitchiness - i feel so bad for Taemin. i really feel so bad for him and what's worse, i can understand taeha not wanting to have him close with his preconceived notions of his (taemin's) mum. Taemin doesn't even hate his brother, the way he referred to him as his Hyung finally without even casting any blame on him for anything when talking to yeonwoo. those boys are so broken - as much as people are doing a 360 on hye suk, i still can't and won't see her as a good person. she has done her fair share of shady stuff and continues to treat her son as second rate like he didn't ask to be born 😒
i really love this show a lot. just when you think things are dying down, things get heated again. i love how the little details in each key player's expression is actually part of the bigger picture. can't believe it's almost time to say goodbye...
episode 9 was so beautiful! the tension, the butterflies, the intrigue! NGL i was really worried that everything would be rushed in the ending episode but things are already drawing to a close now. so some of my thoughts - wow the grandfather is the most intriguing grandfather i've seen in a kdrama! he completely had me hoodwinked! when he said that he had the noodles after taeha's mum and hye suk's father's death, i immediately knew he was the spawn of the devil 🤮 - taeha and yeonwoo stopppp 😩 they gave me all the feeels 😩. i really wish the office scene was not interrupted the way it was! it would have been just swarming with butterflies 😍 i loved the scene at the stadium and when taeha was being clingy in their house 🤭 - seong pyo's alter ego from moving appeared! i was so happy and his relationship with sawol is a beautiful thing - i love how seong pyo made sawol realize that she was finally free in her new era. she was her own person, no longer the slave to a noble family and the way he made her realise that almost brought me to tears 😿 - i always wondered what was up with that guy working with hye suk because everytime the camera panned to his face, his expressions puzzled me
When does it get better? I'm at ep 6 and its not bad but its not really exciting to me
it gets better trust me! i too was wondering why people have raved about it so much until i realized that i couldn't stop smiling, giggling and kicking my feet watching it 😂 i'd advise you not to force yourself to binge it in one sitting. just watch it at a leisurely pace. it's a story that blooms, in my opinion
