Well, I didn't like this couple from the start,so I'm happy about their break up and I hope they don't get together with my beloved actors, because I dislike both of them for being arrogant.
I have no complaints, I'm so satisfied with everything from the cast to the story. and can we talk about the OST <3 I'm obsessed with the songs, they were awesome! I watched the last 10 episodes with teary eyes ready to cry rivers for any emotional moment. I would've given it a 10 if it was not for Im Yoon Ah's not-so-satisfying acts and Hong Jong Hyun's lack of showing passionate love through his actions or maybe eyes (?)
Ok, one question about the ending... did she imagined him to be there.. or he really was there playing on guitar…
It's so confusing that I can't say for sure but I want to believe that even though Hwan thought Hye Jung remembered him too late,it wasn't the case, as you can see little Hwan and his mother walking away and moving to the next life(Hwan changed back to being little because Hye Jung remembered him on time) and then as a farewell gift you can see him saying goodbye for real T--T and I think the guy playing guitar was a doppelganger who is going to be her special someone in the future, so yeah that's what I think it was, even though I preferred the director flat out showing Hwan getting reincarnated and be reunited with Hye Jung,I'm still mourning for Hwan and I think I'll be sad for him for the next few days....
Wah! I cried rivers for this damn movie!! Hong Jong Hyun <3 <3 <3 I'm a sea of emotions now, so I can't say much but I need to mention that with this sort of ending, it's no different than having an open ending and it tortures me to the bone! and aside from the half-incest, I enjoyed the whole thing A LOT! It's totally worth watching but maybe not re-watching.

Well.after spending so much time to finish this drama, I must say I'm disappointed! First of all, it's totally not worth 54 episodes, Why? because of all the repetitive events, Wei Young is always the main suspect and she gets threatened to be killed when she isn't the main suspect,So yeah,BORING after it gets repeated for 100000 times!and the load of bad things happening and all, it was too much! She was in the middle of solving one case and suddenly she would get involved in two more dangerous cases as well, I mean Writer-nim SLOW DOWN! The last 7 or 8 episodes, the cases almost solved on their own, I mean, We're against the most villain character of the drama and in an open battle, what's wrong with you Writer-nim!?? And don't get me started on the chemistry, UGH! Are we middle school kids? if Wie Young and Jun are so in love, why is all that they do is hugging and putting heads on shoulders?!! all the supporting characters had at least one kiss but we get NONE for the main characters' love story, so don't tell me their love was deep and the chemistry was awesome! The love was so fake that I just shed tears on the last minutes of the last episode for Jun for being so pitiful all his life,and that was a first for me because I'm a sucker for tragedies and sad love stories, I cry rivers all the time for them! Another thing is the plot aside from the bad events, It was a mixture of Scarlet Heart Ryeo, Empress Ki and some other Chinese dramas.So I can Definitely say I'd rather re-watch Scarlet Heart Ryeo or Empress Ki than look back at this drama! Empress Ki showed a 1000 times more strength and determination than Wei Young. Wei Young almost got to be the empress out of their love for her and nothing else!

Yup! My thoughts exactly! Nozomi's concept of love was a bit distorted but not as weird as Naoko and Noguchi's love for each other,so you could say, the couple ruined all four Ns' lives by getting them involved in something which was too much for them to handle.I totally agree with Nozomi loving Ando more than Naruse, but I think somehow she wasn't ready to share her secrets and dark side with Ando, so maybe you could say,she was more comfortable with Naruse and chose him in the end?:)
This drama made me cry my eyes out and I thought it resembled Winter Sonata somehow, is it just me? Maybe the whole concept of Main girl and boy being miserable and getting more miserable for the sake of love reminded me of Winter Sonata.
I started watching it the week it started airing, I think I watched it until episode 5 or 6, then I stopped so that I can continue after it finishes airing and I can read the reviews as well.Now after reading the comments and seeing the rating, I'm not so sure, I think I'll drop it completely.
The moment I hear her call Bai Zi Hua, "teacher", in episode 50, I was so angry at him! He totally had a thing for teacher-disciple forbidden relationship even though he didn't admit it:D :D Just call him "Zi Hua" already,girl! fans were waiting for it!

Exactly! I was waiting for her godly powers(blood, etc.) and demonic powers to collide,and then she might awaken the godess inside her and become Nuwa. It would have been a much more exciting story than the original one.

I even preferred Hua Qian Gu being together with Sha Qian Mo and developing feelings for each other.
Putting that aside, what is wrong with the rushed ending?!! I think the writers forgot that Bai Zi Hua has to have a reaction to Hua Qian Gu's loving heart and sacrifices, and just remembered it after episode 49, so many of the things the characters did in episode 50 were meaningless or not logical.In the end I prefer Eternal Love's whole storyline and ending to this drama.
