I hope interactions between Nagi and Shinji are limited to the minimum. I'm a little worried because Shinji is listed as the main lead. I don't like his character. Ok if he has his own arc but hopefully doesn't visit Nagi too many times.
I was wondering why she didn't see the grim reaper in Joon oppa. The explanation I had in my mind was that because 444 is pure (not previously human). But I guess the black suit also works too. Plus he looks damn fine in those suits.
can anyone explain the ending? also is there gonna be a 2nd season?
2 things happen towards the end: 1. the device/meter goes off after Hong Ji leaves, 2. Siguk sees the green baseball alien.
They show the alien retrieve the chip from Hong Ji, so it's weird that the device still reads something. Perhaps some residual material?
From Hong Ji's expln about scientists rescuing sturgeons (fish), it seems like the motive for alien abductions was data collection. Aliens wanted to know how we live, so they picked a few humans, added chip for observability and retrieved it after some time. Siguk seeing the alien implies he has a chip now.
The alien never tries to help Hong Ji, it just observes. But then it also becomes huge and obstructs the path in the first episode which seems contradictory. Ideally, the test subject shouldn't be aware that they are being observed. Maybe the alien technology is not perfect and this is just a side-effect?
Is suspence good ? I am not a action drama liver ... So i am hesitating a bit ?
More of an action-thriller than a suspense-thriller. This is an episodic show in that each episode (or two) features a separate story from a different client who wants revenge. There isn't really an overarching plot line per se - so not really suspenseful I would say. At least until ep 11 which I'm currently watching.

Is this drama any similar to Robert De Niro's Taxi Driver (1976)?
I remember watching this movie with a friend. No idea what was going on. At the end, we were left confused as to what we watched, and then we proceeded to have dinner.
