I've never watched a BJT drama, I didn't know if I should watch one before TFF comes out or if I should let TFF be my first impression of him. Even in the little that I've seen between he teaser and trailer he seems like an excellent fit for Sang Yan.
And i happen to be reading this manhua these days without realizing that there's a drama adaptation.
This also happened to me! I read another manhua by the same artist, then went on to read Eternal Love manhua and eventually watch Hidden Love (drama). I had no idea Hidden Love and Eternal Love were related, especially since there are a variety of titles between the novel, manhua and drama. If you enjoy the manhua/drama I also recommend reading the novel, it's really good!

I thought Kuaikan self produced the drama for She May Not Be Cute a few years ago but I never knew where to watch it, so glad there will be a 2025 adaptation!

I wonder if they're waiting for another drama to finish to avoid a clash and for people to come back from their holidays to get the highest viewership ratings possible. If the release can't happen this week for these reasons then I hope they release it in February while winter is still in season.
Is it still confirmed for a Q1 release or is there a chance for it to be a summer release like Hidden Love? Do summer releases tend to get higher ratings/viewership?
