i binged and it totally wrung me out.....too many annoying characters and characteristics....now i am just going to watch the lat episode and let it rest....and the style of direction/edit is so bad....or i don't know if the script was written in that style....either way, just terrible for watching....

especially if you are a zlh fan.....this has got to be his wimpiest character.....so whipped for the girls...is almost masochistic....

it may not....the way i read the gist was that it could just be case of mundaneness settling into the relationship after so long that the "romance" as though has gone out for a walk and you are trying to make it find its way back into the relationship....the emotions that they mention she feels surprised by could be that the person one felt so passionate about suddenly starts to feel like just another "best friend" or worse, sibling....the physical attraction has, as though gone to sleep!!! both are such good actors....i hope the script does justice to their capability

Thank you for saying that HYT is getting too old for high school roles....i thought after men in love and that drama with jingyi, he would graduate to age-appropriate roles....i also hope i see more varied expressiveness from him....is it just me or is he one of the actors who has shown least improvement in acting skills over time....i do like him....he is cute...but his acting skills always leave me kinda disappointed 🙄🥺

but he told qing lang very clearly that he wouldn't be able to go on living if chen zhu died....it is not like we didn't see this coming....i mean, they got together at a really young age when feeling are very strong, much more than reason....and then he had to live with guilt of so many things - being gay, feeling responsible for the accident, the parent's anger.....again at a still very young age.....i felt like the only thing keeping qingtian going till now was the hope that chen zhu would wake up one day......so, naturally when that hope was destroyed.....it really would have been impossible for him to go on....

i like how the leads are consistent about their goals....qingyi just wanted a quiet life till he met susu....then he wanted a little love....and he has been consistent about it throughout.....ren susu just wanted revenge for all the wrong until she met qingyi, then she also wanted a little love :-)....neither character has deviated from this....and that is a strength of the story....i am now really curious about this very quiet hence obviously sneaky zheng fellow....could be he was the one turning the wheels behind the scenes throughout....

i agree....especially when i saw the dead father's picture....and also her obsession with the damn creepy bone....ugh....so mad...

i don't get the criticism.....i am watching it now and find that while it is not zlh's best work, it is definitely not as bad as it is being made out to be....the story is engaging....the annoying brother finally is off-screen.....love how qingyi told off the dumb psycho mother....
