pxr's acting when she found out she was ji man was so good. the initial surprise, the disbelief, the relief and happiness like finally a huge weight was lifted off her shoulders. you can see all those emotions running through her. then the switch to betrayal and anger knowing he hid it from her. on top of trying to come to terms with it all, she's now being framed for murder. but my girl is so smart and headstrong, i'll be ready for the moment she gives them hell for it.
love the jail scene so much and how he's sincere in his apology. how she didn't want to be touched because she was still angry but allowed him to anyway because he was the only person who can comfort her. although he doesn't know how to help at that point, he is willing to stand by her no matter what. their chemistry and built-up these recent episodes have been amazing.
between the real nie sang yu and wen wan, they're really trying to challenge each other for the most evil and scheming person. but most of all, to say their behaviour is because of a man is just yikes. the "i can't have him so no one else can" trope is gross. i want to keep holding out hope their character is not one-dimensional but it's not looking great folks. π«
(that little leap at the end is killing me)
