the first episodes was tolerable even for someone who's not into business plots (though might change as we still have 36 episodes)

i'm shallow and just here for pretty people like the chemistry is really chemistrying. that sexual tension in the first episode got me giggling and kicking my feet. looking forward to the moment they'll partner up and give everyone hell. the progression of "i'm going to offer a ride wait why is she in the back of the car oh she's treating me like i'm her driver ok i guess i'm her driver" and then her going "take out your wechat ok accept my friend request now accept the money" was so funny lmao she's such a girlboss with a puppy bf who follows her every command i love them

also hoping we'll get an alliance/friendship between our fls just because women >>>

as for the ending, well at this point i'm not surprised. it was very predictable. i suppose in hindsight it could have been a lot worse if the "special" didn't exist. there would be pitch forks involved LOL. thank god for small miracles i guess but would it kill them to have his face shown even if it was for a second instead of them filming it like it was an afterthought?

them finally meeting each other in the real world aside, i felt it was pretty sad actually. those people she met never existed. the bonds that were formed (good and bad) and interactions was fake. all that's left is her own memories like waking up from a long, realistic dream and realising that reality is far worse. those loving parents are in fact divorced and has a distance relationship with her. we don't know if it improves or not. there isn't any closure.

if you're looking for a wholesome, healing, farming, slice of life drama set in a rural village then look elsewhere because the trailers and premise was extremely misleading! it was in fact a transmigration trope where "gaming" is used in order to bypass censorship.

what you get instead is annoying and toxic family members + minor politics and corruption that was underwhelming. i wish i could say our leads saved this drama with their chemistry but for me even the romance was lacking which was SO disappointing! i love both of them, they're so cute and easily one of the pairings that just visually (and acting wise) match together. yes we got lovely moments but i wanted more. it wasn't enough to satisfy my romance loving heart.

i will forever be bitter about the transmigration being a part of this drama especially when it could have been so easily avoided/removed entirely and if they were going to go through with the gaming concept then it should have been at least interesting, but it wasn't.
