It depends what the term "suicide " means in such cases! Technically if you do "willingly" something dangerous , you commit an act of "suicide". No one forced with physical violence anyone to do anything after all. But violence on the other hand has many different forms.

The last episode left a lot of plotholes. It didn't explain the reasons why Kim Hyo Kyung wanted to imitate the methods of Chimera and connect the old case with the new murders and on top of that "warn" this way those who were involved with the old case about their imminent assassination.
She had no reason to do that. If she wanted to kill them as a revenge for the death of her father ( who she never met) and the death of her mother ( that she never met either, she just read what happened to them) she could have done it with any other method and kill those who caused their death one by one without raise any suspicions.
Not to mention that her motives were not strong enough because as I said previously she never met neither her father, nor her mother and it was not only difficult to know what exactly happened in order to have such strong feelings against those who were responsible, but also no way to figure out the methods of Chimera and imitate them and set up all that thing. Not even the police knew enough details about the old Chimear's methods.

If the concept was to take revenge she could have done it easier with other methods. To setup these murders as suicides, or accidents or whatever was more convenient in order not to raise any suspicions and avoid any connection with the old case.

I don't really understand why she got in the trouble to become the Chimera no 2. Why she chose the hard way and not the easy way?

Her brother on the other hand had stronger motives to kill them all because he was old enough to remember what happened and he was in the police station along with his father when the later was detained and killed. Someone would expect that the person who had experienced that situation would seek revenge not someone who wasn't even born at that time.

8,5 instead of the 10 that initially gave, because the motives of the culprit and the method didn't actually made that much sense. The finale was a huge disappointment for me.

It seems that Democracy is still active in S. Korea as petitions for cancellation get ignored.
If it wasn't then they would have cancelled this drama, and that would have been what a Dictatorship would have done in this case.
Dictatorships are those who listen only to one voice not Democracies.

The best action for these victims would have been to downvote this drama on the reviews instead of petition to cancel it before it is completed.

That is how it goes. You first listen ( or don't listen ) to what someone has to say and if you disagree or you feel offended you can "cancel" him with your review, or by turning your back to what he says which in the case of dramas equals to low viewership.

Because I want to listen first to what the so called "offender" has to say, allow him to complete what he has to say and then judge, FOR and BY myself, about who is right and who is wrong.

It is all about retaining the fundamental right to be able to listen to all of the different opinions and to be able to see all the different points of view, and that is the reason why I don't want them to be silenced by those who disagree with them.

He is because other actors who speak fluently and without any Korean accent have lived and studied abroad . He hasn't. It is very hard to speak clear and BBC standard English - lol as they called them, the English that broadcasters speak- if you don't use them at least for a while as your speaking language. He might use them when he travels abroad but acting in a foreign for you language is a whole different thing.
I'm saying that from my own experience too, as English is not my native language either but I lived for a while in UK. While I was there it was very hard even for native speakers to detect where I was from. Now that I'm living in my country I find it hard to speak so fluently and so clearly English because I don't use it as my main language. Now it is easier for me to write in English. I can communicate but I need a bit of time to bring the whole thing together and make my mouth follow my thoughts... lol

Yes but now he sounds fluent too. He is the only S.Korean actor who doesn't speak English with a Korean accent. He has probably work a lot on how to pronounce English without any kind of accent and this is something he wouldn't be able to achieve without a speech teacher. So he has probably hired someone to teach him how to speak in English particularly for acting. Good for him. He should get cast to an international production.

Yes you went with it because you wanted to, but half of the supposedly thriller scenes were cancelled by the wrong way that they were depicted. The guy who started screaming while he was vomiting haha ha ha water for three minutes straight made me lmao and then I couldn't take seriously this show.
As you see I'm trying not to spoil the show for those who want to watch it, but my opinion is that it was completely stupid and the good cast couldn't save it.
When the plot is crap there is no salvation no matter how hard they try.

I have the impression that the ratings are manipulated by bots as some of the worst shows that have the worst reviews and and have been dropped by their viewers have super high ratings.

The thing that you don't seem to understand is that if you cancel the Science part of a Science Fiction drama that takes place in space then you cancel a huge part of the story plot.
What would be f.e the reason for the crew to run to get into the space station if at the end of the day Moon had enough atmosphere in order to transmit the sound of their footsteps or the sound of their spacecraft while it is sliding on the cliff? lol

Same applies to almost everything else in this drama. Vac suites f.e are made heavy in order to allow you walk on no gravity conditions. Each and everyone of them weights 100 pounds. So you can't walk with them in full gravity conditions.

And for sure nobody can scream while s/he vomits. It isn't possible. LOL

I didn't say that you didn't point out some of the factual errors. I'm just pointing out that the whole drama is full of such huge factual errors that it ends up look more like just Fiction and not Science Fiction.

Some MDL members said on the comments that they don't mind if it is just Fiction. But if the writers of this drama cancel completely all kind of physics and scientific facts then the whole story plot has no point. Most of the things you've mentioned are the Fiction part of the otherwise Sci Fi drama.
The director and the writers messed up even in the Science part. We hear for instance the sound of the steps of the austronauts while they are walking on the vacuum of the Moon's surface.
Or we hear the noise that the spacecraft does while it is sliding from the cliff again in complete vacuum.
The whole crew wears the vac suits and walks and moves normally with these suits in full artificial gravity.
And of course none of these people get tired, or hungry, orthirsty etc. they have no normal human function in the whole duration of the 8 episodes. From the moment that they step on the Moon's surface ( with a crash landing) up to the final episode they don't seem to have any normal human needs. They look like they are the mutated super humans and not the girl.

Sci Fi films and drama ought to retain at least a bit of scientific realism. How people and things react in low gravity and the fact that there is no sound in vacuum is basic scientific knowledge and facts.
If the writers and the director ignore or don't mind to depict accurately these things then they shouldn't claim that their drama is a Sci Fi one but just a Fiction one.

In this drama the Science part should be the accurate depiction of a group of people walking on the Moon's surface and the Fiction part is the child with the extra terrestrial mutations that walks without vac suit on the surface of the moon.
