I’m just wondering if the ending would of worked better if ktr and njh didn’t change the ml personally from…
NJH brought a lot of positive things to the character with improvisations. But he didn't delete the script and rewrite it. "You give me hope." "You are a unique person." "It's not a rainbow, it's love." "You always guide me to beautiful places."... Many more lines... All written by the writer. NJH brought this character to life wonderfully. It was not an easy role to play. It was a very layered role. While BYJ is introverted, he wasn't written character like the classic kdrama guy. He is a deep and empathetic person. Here, unfortunately, the writer handled the breakup process in a very absurd way. Nevertheless, KTR and NJH's acting was very impressive from the beginning to the end of the drama. :')
I'm on episode 10 and I'm losing interest in the story. The side characters are not interesting at all. I'm forwarding their scenes. Cinematography and OST are amazing. Episode names are well thought out. I like this concept. I also loved Choi Woong's character. One of the unique characters in the Kdrama world. He is very talented but does not show off. He's not trying to be cool. I wish the drama would focus more on his drawings. I want to know how you got inspired and how you feel while drawing. But unfortunately the couple still does not excite me. A user wrote that they are like siblings. Absolutely I agree. And the past and present scenes sometimes get very mixed up. It makes the characters difficult to understand. The story repeats itself. I think the story was more interesting in Run On, which has a similar vibe. The side characters were also interesting and enjoyable to watch. The work the characters did was interesting and well integrated into the story. I wish we could see that in this drama.
The man is forcibly holding the woman in the toilet. This is not normal behavior. He would have lowered his pants if other people hadn't been involved. Besides, it's bad that the woman doesn't defend herself here. It is also disturbing that a romantic relationship will develop between these two.

Actually, Heedo's mother is responsible for everything. Her mother left HeeDo alone, wounding her, not expressing her love. HeeDo's mom inspired Yijin and made him want to be like her. As a result, these two characters were greatly influenced by HD's mother.
Not sure if I missed it or not but I'm pretty sure it was not told if Yijin got married or not??? Can anyone confirm?Edit:…
In the extra scene, we see Yijin from behind in 2021. It is seen that there is no ring on his finger while typing on the computer. I guess he is not married.
I wanted them to be together too. I can't be unfair to the drama because the final is not what I wanted. I experienced every emotion with this drama. It has given me a lot. I watched great performances. I haven't seen a kdrama that gripped me this much in a long time. I will watch it again though. Sad but very beautiful. The last episodes went very fast, it froze my head, but the reasons for the breakup did not seem to me absurd and baseless. Life does not always promise happy endings with the person we love. and love is not the only thing we care about in life. The events in the world, the society we were born into, the family all shape our personality. Heedo and Yijin are both great people, but they have their weaknesses. For Yijin to reunite his family, he must be successful. Let's remember. He once said "I must be successful for sure, so people like me can have a chance." He is very sensitive and does not reflect his negative emotions. Negative events affect him a lot. But he knows he has to hold on and be good at his job. This puts him under pressure. I understand him. Heedo, on the other hand, was hurt a lot because of her mother. She does not want to experience the same feelings in her relationship. I understand her very well. Sad but true. I am sobbing again...
We thought that they would be separated from each other with great pain. Everything happened in a very ordinary way. This is what hurt my heart the most. I cannot describe my feelings. I am so sad that I broke up with my own loved one. This drama contains a lot of life.
If they don't end up together because"it's realistic” then their breakup shouldbe realistic & not 'they protect…
I could not agree more. If the two of them are going to break up, we say make it sensible. And that's why we're getting backlash. HD and YJ are madly in love with each other right now. The communication between them since the beginning of the series is incredible. And it is not possible to say that there has been no attraction between them since the 9th episode. No one looks that way at a person who is "just" a friend. In this case, their separation will not be very convincing for the audience. Although there are a lot of things that I like in the script, unfortunately I have to admit that there are balance problems in some parts.
I understand what you mean but if the writer wanted to do this why did she wait for episode 15 to make them fall…
I actually have no problem with them not being together at the end. The problem for me is the writing style of the screenwriter.(I'm talking about the last episodes.) Otherwise, every person who reads the synopsis started 2521 thinking that they would break up.
The one thing I love about this love story between HD and YJ is that they don’t need to be intimate like hugging…
Definitely. I've been watching kdramas for years. I literally found the definition of love in my head in this series. Supportive, caring, compassionate.
I just don't get people who say this drama will be depressing or have a negative message if the Hee Do and Yi…
I understand what you mean but if the writer wanted to do this why did she wait for episode 15 to make them fall in love and break up. She should have given us time for their separation to make sense to us. If they are separated, everything will have happened suddenly and the audience will feel cheated. When we look at such films, we see that the script flow is different from 2521. E.g; La La Land, 500 days of summer, On Your Wedding Day. Even the third charm. We cannot say that the end in 2521 was clear from the beginning. The screenwriter specifically chose to confuse the audience.
My feelings are the same as written here:
