personally i dont find her annoying, stupid yes maybe at some ep she has more screentime but imho it was quite necessary for the plot altho are some are indeed unnecessary

i mean that's pretty much everywhere else bc yang yang is definitely a bigger name than him. yy is loved in china too but when you are more popular you are bound to get more hate which i hope doesnt affect him too much

fr i love him so much i cant wait for his drama with li xian!!!! some ppl here think his acting isnt much just because he act cold and does nothing but his real life character is a funny guy and to see that funny guy acting as cold character and nailing his role, i totally get why he is the most loved among cnets

personally idc my perfect casting of sang yan is zhang linghe and wang churan and the production clarify last year that it will be not the same sang yan so i was never attached but at the end of the day i just want a good adaptation bc i didnt come from hidden love, im novel fans first and sang yan is my fav ml character so i just want a good adaptation. if ppl come from hidden love cant accept the cast change, they should just drop it, it is not like sz & djx will appear much anyway

doubt it honestly either ml stay being 186-190 w wang churan as fl or someone much shorter as fl

different production and the adaptation was not decide after hidden love broadcast it was announced last year with the poster released this year. there have been countless cast rumour and victor ma was never in one of the rumoured cast in fact when he was announced in hl, novel reader are mad bc he is so different from novel sang yan and first frost production even clarify last year that hidden love sang yan is not the same as first frost sang yan. just treat it as different drama bc sang zhi & duan jiaxu role are not as prominent as sang yan role in hl

fun fact when i read first frost i dont even realise sang zhi was the same sang zhi in hidden love, their characters really doesnt appear much

well it just a swift in their action before firework of my heart most novel reader want her there are countless edits and even fan made trailer of her and zhang linghe as yifan and sang yan. since fomh kind of keep getting bad heat in china it is probably ppl taking the situation to attack on her

maybe, i personally love the long ballad more bc we get to see her revenge journey from the start but this one went different approach as she being lowkey about it so im waiting to see until her revenge finally start

he like ziyuan as a child and it's not mere responsibility but the show fail to show that he loves her and not doing things out of obligation

personally i also dk why but i do think they receive more love than hate it just that the hate are always more noticeable? but they basically trend a lot on weibo and it's not always positive things afaik i just dont bother checking anymore but for yy i do remember cnets saying his acting as greasy and also it could be bc wei daxun character (meng yanchen) receive the most love in the drama by non fans (casual tv watcher) so yy anti might use this chance to say all bad things about him (my speculation) i dont think it wei daxun fanbase doing this bc while he is more love among local due to his character irl and in variety show, his fans are mostly comprised of ppl that are not used to fans culture i believe. so basically the hate is also reflected on wang churan
