cant believe some find changge annoying when she is one of my most favourite woman character ever she is strong and doesnt waver with other ppl. She has her own principle and i just love everything about her mindset. She does not let love affect her decision and i love her for that.

im saying this as someone who has always find reba pretty but never even gotten the chance to watch her drama until this one become my first. Heck even i start this one bc some were hyping up second cp so much back then so i start bc of them but who knows that changge will stole my heart and im more attracted to first couple

4 ep in love the drama so far it is not like some cringe chinese drama and ofc i love that they use the actor original voice. ngl at first it gets quite awkward hearing darren accent but he is a good actor so it is fine and i dont expect his voice to be this soft it is quite cute on him. i just love that fl is strong and even the lovey dovey moment between side cp is not cringe.

personally i find him very convincing against his rival with his sharp look and stare and how he switch back to carefree boss when he is with his subordinate

wow really need to start watching to see the resemblance but at this point some kdrama fans should just accept that it has chinese fantasy fiction bc i havent seen any fantasy with these elements from kdrama

xianxia/wuxia is more than flying, the fantasy element from what i have seen really is quite close to those chinese fantasy drama. i havent start watching alchemy of souls (waiting for more ep) but when i first saw some clips on tiktok, i thought it remind me of cdrama and this was way before all the accusations comes in.

i thought i was the only with the thinking so i just move on until the controversy appear on my twitter few days ago. i believe anyone who is familiar with both genre will agree that it is a wuxia/xianxia type of drama (saw some kdrama fanpage saying this too) and it is fine for me. it just ick me that my fav actors have to faced this especially with hong sister previous plagiarism accusation history

love the actors but as someone who watch xianxia/wuxia cdramas and kdrama, kdrama fans need to understand why some fans are angered. people on twitter be having discourse almost every month about cdrama plot of flying & power etc and ridiculing it but now alchemy of souls are the same type of fantasy drama is just kind of ironic.

i just hope those that ridicule it know that alchemy of souls is the type of genre they used to ridiculed and will reflect on themselves.

still dont get the hate for the ending whatsoever no matter how good yijin is i wouldnt want him as my bf any longer if he pulled wtv he pulled in ep15. all the characters story end when the diary end it made perfect sense why we dont saw heedos friends bc it is her journey. plus it was very clear at the last few ep the writer is not going to reveal whoever minchae father is bc revealing him at the last minute will be so random?

damn dont bother with the hate comments it is a good drama and receive high rating in korea too. if you find it boring then it is just not for you but i find it more interesting than the current airing drama rn

seo inguk? now what's the difference between him and anhyoseop range? he has act as teenager, cute bubbly adult man, cold and he can act with his eyes, something not many actors can pull off come one that man range is definitely not limited. his character was definitely not the same in hello monster, shopping king louis and the smile has left your eyes.

as a fan of the og sood and an hyo seop, i too wasnt into the casting at first, because i was introduced to li zi wei first, i dont doubt an hyo seop acting skill but i just know he will not give the same vibe as greg hsu did but i have come to term with it. i have decide not to care much about the remake i will watch it but im not putting any expectation
