i kinda disagree. i was waiting for this drama for a long time bc im a xu kai fan and i like cheng xiao as a kpop idol, i watched this drama during its premier and while i enjoy the drama, i too had the same thought about her acting so i believe those comments are valid, it just some ppl tend to be overly rude about it. Sometimes i just dont feel the delivery but i do not make a big fuss over it since there r other good qualities about this series. but her acting is also one of the reason why this is not among my top drama, it is smth i enjoy but that's it.

idk why people said this is the weakest series out of 3 when it is my favourite. i laugh a lot watching this and truly enjoy it. throughout the series i never get sls and has always been rooting for the ml. mayb bc i dont feel for his acting much? still love his character tho but i love the ml more. anyway i love it.

exactly. her life her choice so at that time she choose the one that will made her closer to him. it is not a wise decision imo but like u said her life her choice. but im glad she end up choosing what she love in the end.

and tbh both ml n fl love each other so much that they willing to forsake what they want to do just for the other party. ding xian choose science for siyue, siyue choose art for her. ding xian want to take the subject siyue did, siyue willing to abandon his dream of studing abroad to be with her. they both made dumb decision for each other just like most human being did but im glad the drama shows their development after all the not so wise decision they made.

she is a coward but i dont think she is disloyal and unworthy. if i myself came to help my more weaker friends who is in the same situation as her, i dont think i will be unfriending them bc i really will wish for them to be safe instead of getting in danger so that my rescue will be worth it, esp if i am a more stronger person than my friend. i really would appreciate them doing as ding xian did since zhou siyue too after all came along with w his 2 other friends.

and since i choose myself to help them, i should bear w the consequences, i might unfriend if that person betrayed me but imo in her case, she did not betrayed him.

when i saw that scene i personally like it that they made her like that. bc i have seen lots drama shows when the other are in danger the girl blindly jump to help and made thing worse when things will be better had they stay still on the same spot. so seeing that is like a fresh scene to me. and i still think she is right for doing that, her coming out will only make things harder for ppl that came to help her. i dont remember the scene that much now but she is also behind the door so i dont think she knows the severity of the situation, i might be wrong about this part

i personally prefer our secret. i enjoy yamg and the cp is cute but i dont get butterflies watching them but watching our secret made me squeal and nervous at the same time n i personally love their chemistry better. as for which to watch first, i would go for yamg bc i actually had hard time moving on from our secret so i cant really watch any drama atm but that is just my preference!

watch this two years ago and i still remember this as one of my fav jdrama. beautiful love story and the ost is so good. my heart ache for each character and i love the way they make them part and got together in the end too

yes i really dont like fl mother but that is what made the drama more realistic imo. parents bragging about their children achievement and some parents too controlling, as an asian i can relate with that.

as for the fl character, i really like her 😅 she doesnt go chase after ml in high school and only do so when they are in college bc of their close relationship and how much he has helped her during their high school days and i just like how she tries hard for her studies. so i guess for me i really like both main lead character and that is why i like this drama so much

it is the opposite for me, i like both the movie and drama but i feel nothing magical between the main lead in drama, they are cute together but that's it. i prefer our secrets more as it also touch about other issue than love story and the main lead chemistry made me feel something, i guess it all depends on personal preference.

will this drama finish airing next week or in the next two weeks for those watching in iqiyi? i seriously dont think my heart can afford the heartbreak 😭

finish watching till episode 8 and i gotta say that i like it a lot!! it is so effortlessly funny and i like the acting of both fl and ml. some people said fl complain so much but it is not like she complain to stranger? from what i remember it was with her mother and i think the reason for her complaining is normal. all in all, i really like fl character, she doesnt go chase after ml and just act like a normal human being with another human being.

Another plus: zhai xiaowen is such a cutie, his character annoy me sometimes but he is cute so he is forgiven (jk lol)
