This got me intrigued "Their love story then blossoms due to a mistake". Wonder what that mistake is π Another…
If they follow the book, she's self-aware, confident and yes, flirty -- the way an adult person who is socially and professional confident can be. They are quite well matched in terms of their egos, which makes for an interesting dynamic.
I'm obsessed with what a nuanced performance Lu Yuxiao is giving. She manages to pack her scenes with a myriad…
Agree! She and Ryan Cheng are very good. Really cleverly played. She was sweet and funny in Time and Him Are Just Right. I really hope this is the really big break they both need to launch them into more varied lead roles. :)
Fantastic! Possibly one of the best contemporary, adult, trope-free, clever and, occasionally touching, dramas to come out of C-land. Easily top 5 following Meet Yourself.
Fell deep into 2nd Male Lead syndrome again.2ML is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than ML in every way, and they look…
OMG seriously. I love SML anyway. Fabulous actor. That voice, those expressions and the physique...it's all chef's kiss. His cp with the FL hits differently than the ML and the FL. The latter are a little more intense (there's a visible push and pull there) but the SML and FL are so sweet. I don't know else to explain it. He lights up when he see's her. Enjoying both cps! The more the merrier, eh? But yeah, nice to see two MLs who are green flags. No signs of worrying behaviour so far beyond the #chivalrousstupidity as per 2ML (I left you because I love you.). Also, full marks to the writers and the actor for making him a green flag (so far!). That's unfortunately quite rare in drama land. Let's see if they can keep it up.
Enjoyable so far. And while I'm all for our FL and ML, I have to say, my man Sen Ji Hoon has so much presence that I wouldn't mind if he and the FL had a HEA or if he got a leading man role after this one. He's just π.
Liking the fact that the drama/crime is taking precedence and the BL (or ML since these are MEN, not boys) is…
Agree with the first part of your comments. This is definitely a drama takes precedence drama with the love story in the backseat. Reasonable production value too, which helps with staying in the story
And it continues to charm. However, let's hope the writers don't make the vapid (until her character develops further) singer fall down the pit of painfully one-sided love that is as jarring as it is ridiculous. As for her ex (love the actor btw. he's so underrated and deserves some main lead opportunities!) that was written on the wall. Have to admit, the story is progressing a lot faster than I thought it would.
Oh, it's a placeholder for ep 6. Ah well. Thanks anyway.
