The anime/manga is one of the best made, so i was excited that the movie kept it pretty close. I knew they would have to change a few things, cause budget wise you just can't pull of some the things Takeo does cheaply. They need to make a sequel with Suna's sister.

this is one of those dramas that just automatically gets added to the list

I really liked the first episode. I hope the sub team continues with this one.

Probably one of the best action dramas since IRIS 2. One thing I do have to say is that there does not seem to be a single "good guy" character in this whole drama. They all bad guys in some way or another, except for maybe AnNa.

Let's face it, we got the Hallmark ending. Which is fine every now and then. I'm still really impressed with Park So Dam's acting to be as young and as new as she is. I felt that she made Hawon very natural and real. I look forward to seeing what she does next.

i just wanna say this dude is Korean Rambo. Special forces trained, burned by the government, PTSD, and just wants to be left ALONE. But no, even when warned by a former superior officer, she just can't do that.

i don't know why but i think the General's daughter is my favorite female character right now. I wish she had more screen time.

I don't think I've ever dropped a drama because of one character and dropping this one because of HyeJi's scenes means you miss out on all of HaWon's good ones. I think I've said before that I don't think NaEun is neccissarily a bad actor, she just doesn't have the experience for this role. She's good at scenes where she smiles, but then again idol groups have to smile all the time, so she should be good at it. If the director was gonna pick an idol group member that is better at expressing emotions then EunJi who is also from A-Pink would have been a better choice.

Currently out of over 400 dramas I've only given out 5 10/10's, this will be number 6. If nothing else it is one of the most unique dramas I've ever seen. The number of twists and turns on this drama roller coaster are at least 5x anything else this year. Plus you have sci-fi/romance/comedy/action/thriller all rolled into one. And the transitions were pretty seamless. It almost feels like something the Hong sisters would write, although it isn't.

Ahhh, Park So Dam is just So Dam cute. If I was 20yrs younger...I still wouldn't have a chance, lol.

it's a good thing this has a second season, i would have been ticked off if i had to accept that ending, otherwise i think it's a pretty good drama, even though towards the end i had to skip some parts, i can only take so many flashback moments and lost in thought moments

Maybe they picked IU cause she only weighs about 5lbs. I know if I was one of those guys that had to carry the palaquin with an actress in it, I'd be voting for the tiny one.

I understand what you are saying about Hae Soo/Wook romance, but I think that had they not followed the original then it would have been worse. Especially since it's based on a very popular novel. And if you think about it it's similar to BOF in that she originally has a thing with one but you know in the end she will have to be with the main guy. So far I actually like the Korean version better. I had a hard time with the way the Chinese original started. I think the Korean version has a much better flow to it than that one did. As far as IU goes, I also happen to think she is fine for this part. Not sure why the Koreans are in such an uproar about it. It would be interesting if someone in Korea could explain that to us.

no matter how you slice it, Hyun Min is 2nd lead, he may or may not end up with Hye Ji but I don't think he'll get Ha Won

if the koreans were ever to gonna make a live action version of Skip Beat now would be the time and she would be a perfect fit for Kyoko

i like her hair as long as she keeps the bangs, and i prefer girls with really long hair, but she has a face that can pull off a short hair look, it accentuates her eyes and smile more

At first i didn't agree with most comments about Hye Ji because in my mind, we don't have all the information yet. Something happened with her brothers death I think and that's why Hyun Min is keeping her beyond arm's length. But then I started thinking about the actress and went back to several scenes and now I'm starting to agree that NaEun's portrayal of HyeJi is just abysmal. There's not really any genuine feeling in most of the scenes and instead of being a character who I think should feel lovelorn and confused as to why the relationship suddenly changed, she's come's off as spoiled and obsessive. I won't go so far as to say she's a bad actress but there is a clear lack of experience. I think the director and the writers are also partially at fault as well.

I'm having a hard time watching the 1st ep of this. The beginning story is just not very congruent.

I've got it, this is like a hybrid of Boys Over Flowers and It Started with a Kiss, and they play Sword Art Online.

This drama has too much sickeningly sweet sacchrine romance in it. Not that it's a bad thing, I'm just not used to seeing this much of it in a drama.
