The sunglasses and singing in every episode are so annoying to me. It’s basically a music video with some dialogue. I liked the actors playing JH and HY, but otherwise it was meh. Though it was good to see happy moments as a couple. Those are always nice to see. But generally a big let down.
Wow, the Japanese are masters of the camera angle kiss, aren’t they? I couldn’t tell if they actually touched lips. Komachi is just dying of curiosity, lol. Not Souta spying on Mahiro. I’m surprised he mentioned the kiss dream, even though he laughed it off. So glad they explained their high school connection and why he didn’t remember him. So proud of Mahiro for speaking up! I loved this episode. And a possible second couple coming up. Very excited for the second half of the series.
The single bowl and cup in the opening were very poignant. Minoru's dad totally knows and he’s fine with it. Best wingman ever. There’s such a sweetness to M & Y. It’s lovely to see. I loved the animated pictures telling Yutaka's family history. And Yuki is still an asshole with the parents a close second for doing nothing. The scene with Tane comforting Yutaka was just beautiful. I could have done without the fake kiss tbh. Is it better than the motionless lip press? I don’t know, sigh. But it’s still a show with great heart.
Justice for Jorn at long last! He’s the drudge no more, lol. And Pat maybe gets some much needed love. This entire flip is now worth it. Seriously, this could have been so much better if the writers had tried a little harder. This just makes me want to watch MSP again. What the HELL was the end of the episode? It looked like the credits and then they’re in college? I will say that for some reason Gemini looks really beautiful in these two episodes. Like more than he did to me in MSP. But what a disappointment.
That definitely would have been more fun to watch. This was cute, but a new story would have been a lot better.
Yeah and Fourth doesn’t do well playing the forlorn guy in love. They should have flipped their personalities for the roles too. That would at least have been interesting.
What a psycho JW is, really unhinged. I’m glad SJ stood up for himself, but he liked JH and was unnecessarily cruel to him. And he’s not the same as the psycho. JW wants to control him and JH wants to support him. Big difference. It’s good to see SJ doing well and being more confident. I’m glad he's going to try to get JH back. He needs to pursue him this time. But I CANNOT get over the waste of HY’s character and the actor playing him. I mean what was the point of casting the best looking guy on the show and then do nothing with him? Also the show sometimes feels like it’s simply there to promote the singer playing SJ, which annoys me.
Totally agree. I feel like their BL’s have really gone downhill. Give me the ones you mentioned or Boy’s Lockdown…
I know it was weird. And the second season wasn’t even continuing their story. It was some meta thing about the actors in the show doing the second season. Never got off the ground. Did you watch the 2 seasons of Ben x Jim?
