yea thats how i felt i was like 'wh..why?' because the level this show was at, it didnt need it. i'm glad you told me that, so i may pick it up later & see how it goes; but for now i'm gonna put it down and will let you know if ever picked up if its disappointing or improved or not. thanks again for the recommendation i appreciate it <3

THEN lawyer cha shows up once the villain leaves, and neither he nor main guy have used either their or her cellphones & CALLED AN AMBULANCE for her injury; instead they sit there whimpering/staring at her, rocking her back and forth for like a whole minute; and the main guy knew she had been stabbed for a few minutes by now, mind you

maan this kind of unrealistic action, plus the continuous time lapses (first they skipped months, then they skipped a whole year after the main guy saw her safe in hospital & left) and amnesia plot device, had me just reaching for adjectives *sigh* i was like 'what is this?' lol and trying to control my blood pressure~aissh!

yes! its in ep. 10; i was like 'did this drama really need the amnesia card??' ..i couldnt believe it -.- it was doing so well. aklsadnja;sdjkal'djs;fj; <--sorry; thats how it made me feel

and in ep. 9, (sorry if spoilers, but i dont think you plan to watch it (i hope ><))the woman puts herself unnecessarily in harm's way to stop the main character from committing murder, when all she had to do was call/distract him, then after she falls the villain rises again so the main guy refocuses on attacking him; then while still injured and losing BLOOD after running around and having experienced exertion and stress, she sits up and twists her torso THE PLACE SHE WAS STABBED towards where they are (leaning on her elbow) just to tell the main guy to stop trying to murder again. she should have been on her back trying to retain consciousness, again, as she's losing blood

unfortunately i may have spoken too soon; problematic things start happening {plot and action-wise} in eps 9 & 10 and made me nervous about the quality the rest of the show will probably have<br /><br />p.s. ljs did a great job as well; and i agree all the chaacters do make some kind of impact which i definitely appreciate. nothing worse than superfluous characters or ones that dont reach their potential in how they play out

OMG how many eps of IHYV did u watch because eps 9 & 10 lost me (i.e. disappointed, annoyed, etc.) while everyones worshipping this, i found some troubling flaws and i think you'd understand lol

actually, no it was the boy & his acting in the role as the character; his emotive ability was [great]~ the scenes of his endurance when he was young were amazing and touched me the most

it has got my interest; and, when im watching/focusing on a drama {since i watch them one at a time} i breeze through really quickly; can help maintain continuity and help me continue watching all the other stuff i have to watch! B> thanks; i hope i'll keep liking it to the end too

ahh i'm guessing you mean resurrection? i had ptw that too after finding it on your list and reading about it; thanks for the heads up about the romance, so that i wont expect too much lol (its always a disappointment finding dramas where that isnt what it could be though; like 'cmon decent romance isnt that hard!!')

ahahahahaa as usual i love your message spam xD; and yes! those were abt the helmets, towards the end of that and closing in on sibyl's core at the building. yea gino, they tried to force his character/ shove in some emotions out of nowhere but it was overdone and totally unbelievable. i skipped past the rest of that melo scene because i couldnt believe they(writers) went there lol; and yea i was on board with akane's development too, it was very natural.

ahaha well maybe we can start FMA together so you wont suffer alone if it keeps being boring =^~= and you describe deathnote perfectly; i couldnt even finish it, and yet im astonished how popular it was

re: ljs, i like both his acting and the character, and i do think he's kinda cute/charming (mostly due to his behavior)but{i can see how his lips might be scary xD}..not bad looking but not great either so hes not worthy of fangirling

Lol well its fun when our imaginings come true before our eyes; the main thing for me is some kind of breakthrough for her & ren, because it seems obvious that its building toward that; but yea theres so much going on and so much that could happen its hard not to make up different imaginings and likely scenarios of how things could go~ i'm right there with ya! ^~

annyeonghaseyooo!~ <3 8D well i started IHYV, great so far; not any drama can get me teary-eyed but this one did, including the 1st ep which i couldnt believe since most dramas dont seem to accomplish that. but yea good writing and I like the music too; on to the next ep! 8}

But as you say, though not the best anime its certainly far from the worst; death note wasn't half this interesting, nor was darker than black, and those shows seemed to be aiming for the type of edginess and engaging quality that this one had. i'm glad i watched and finished it ^~ thanks~ along this track, i still have to watch ghost in the shell eventually and i had FMA on my list too, to see if it matched the hype, along with kuroshitsuji now that i heard about the japanese movie version that has been announced on here! <3

on another note, im watching IHYV and its good so far, esp. the writing so i hope it continues. hows your drama-watching?

So, I finished psychopass; I almost stopped halfway through 16 lol, but I made myself keep going and of the remaining eps, I liked 16 & 17 in particular. But I still agree with you about the show and ended up feeling the same; some parts of the end episodes were predictable (like what the dad did, miki not joining the system, and what the girl did with the gun & Ko), and the end in general was kinda anticlimactic. i kinda thought it would have been interesting if the girl had been working with miki the whole time; i.e. having someone on the inside..it would make sense due to her crime coef. always being low, and it could explain why she 'failed' to kill him w/the gun when he had her friend hostage,not feeling anything for her. Its like writers werent sure about which direction they wanted to take the characters and the show; at one point the humor disappeared, unnecessary flashbacks, etc

psycho-pass: I can see why you had trouble letting go of the promised potential it had; I want to love it too. The first episodes were perfect; it hits all the right points of good anime; I also saw it had promise for good character development; but something started to get stale {i think content; and some characters started saying the same types of things over and over} and then eps 6-8 with the crazy artist girl got boring. so I'm on ep. 8; how many eps did you watch? should i continue?

Legal High was AMAZINGGG lol just finished; the ending was so ridiculous/hilarious, definitely characteristic of the same of humor you see throughout the whole show. it trolled you just like a favorite anime we like xD I CANT WAIT FOR SEASON 2 THIS FALL!! aaaaahhhhhh!!!!! Lol but I loved the whole thing, especially the main character he is crazy in the best way and i love the energy, interesting cases and quick pace of everything; this honestly plays like an anime most of the time so you're never bored; it was also reminiscent of Gintama in some parts ~u~
..yea i pretty much feel the same for liar game; i kinda got tired of the same vibe after two episodes and was like 'do i wanna sit through this some more?' it seems probably not; I'm glad to know someone else wasn't that happy with it either
