By ep. 4 she has the Mu Qingge confidence vibe from Love of the Divine Tree, but viewers might be thinking that she doesn't deserve to act like that. Because earlier they had members of her unit disrespecting her. But with the people that count, the ML and Feng Qing Zhuo and I guess later Tong Shuan, will follow her lead.

The backstory may not be so interesting, but from ep. 3, the FL becomes the decisive leader type. I liked watching her. Some may not be happy with the ML taking a back seat considering all of the popular dramas that he lead. I guess once his name is cleared, then he will take the lead, but this drama could have to strong leads sharing the limelight. I don't think that the writing is bad. Haven't dropped it and will slowly re-watch this drama. to understand better.

Google 定风波 and look at the baiken baidu page. They will show if the actor has been dubbed. That information has not yet been uploaded for this drama.
But google 仙台有树 (Love of the Divine Tree) and the baiken baidu page reveals she was dubbed by 配音 段艺璇 配音 means dubbed.

Julia Xiang was dubbed in Love of the Divine Tree. She was born in the US and was scouted when she came back to China. Possibly her American connection has recently been downplayed.
