Try using a different browser. It might just work. Try Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge in that order.

There are absolutely no similarities to The Untamed. The genres are different. The Untamed is fantasy/Xianxia while WOH is Wuxia. Also no similarity in the stories whatsoever at all.

How are the English subs on Viki? Are they any better than the English subs on Youku and their Youtube channel or just the same?

So shows like these essentially end up Queerbaiting in which creators hint at, but then do not actually depict, same-sex romance or other LGBTQ representation. They do so to attract ("bait") a queer or straight ally audience with the suggestion of relationships or characters that appeal to them, while at the same time attempting to avoid alienating other consumers.
